Good location, but very poor service. Parking was advertised, yet on arrival we were told it was full and forced to pay

The location was good.

Cons:

Although Booking.com stated that the hotel had parking, and this was the main reason we chose it, we were told late at night upon arrival that the parking was full. They said we either had to pay extra for a private parking lot or leave the car on the street. We were forced to pay, even though this was clearly the hotel’s responsibility, and they did not take ownership of their mistake.
At breakfast, they charged us €50 and then said it would have been €40 if we had paid at check-in, but nobody offered us this option when we arrived. The man at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
