Pros:

Al llegar no tenían el registro de mi reservación, y el hotel estaba lleno, sin embargo, lograron resolverlo y nos doeron una habitación temporal. Esta habitación no tenía ventilación y hay un olor persistente a humedad en todo. Al final lograron darnos un upgrade que mejoró en todo pero al ser hotel viejo, también las sábanas y toallas huelen mucho a humedad. A pesar de esto y agregando el apoyo del personal, la estancia cumplió el propósito. Gracias

Habitaciones sin asear. El ruido del estacionamiento, los empleados y las campanas a cada hora de la iglesia a un costado. El restaurante se negó a dar servicio.

Muy bien 👌 los aspectos de higiene, lugar, servicio, lo único malo fue q el área de regadera 🚿 no tiene luz, el espacio es muy pequeño para que caiga bien el agua y ésta se estanca ya que no tiene declive. De ahí en fuera lo demás todo muy bien.

Nice clean and quiet at good price
Pros:

The location suited me because its opposite San Jose hospital. Quiet except for church bells which I didn't mind. Not really loud. The area is a little unsafe. I recommend not walking around at night.
