Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view from our room of Lake Michigan.
Pros:

Location- you can't beat it. You're within 3 blocks of the beach. You can see lake Michigan from the balcony. The staff were awesome! The breakfasts were good and had a nice variety. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

We did overhear another group of ladies saying one of them woke up with a bed bug in her hair which was very disconcerting. We did check our bed thoroughly after overhearing that and did not see any evidence in our room of that. They were on a different floor from us. We also were kind of surprised that our beds were not made daily. Most hotels normally do that. But they did replace our towels and emptied the trash daily.

Great location disguised the dump!
Pros:

I had a 5am appt. I was not able to get breakfast at 4 to 5 am.

Cons:

The bathroom was to small the toilet was to low to the ground, the bed took me back to the 70s. The door to the room let in more light than the patio door. Red flashing g lights on the phone would not stop. Back door to place did not lock no security.

Not good at all.
Pros:

Somewhat the location. Not many options in the area.

Cons:

Lobby and hallways not up to date and had odors. Horrible/worst breakfast.

Perfect location for a St Joseph Getaway!
Pros:

Great location within easy walking distance of the Main Street and the beach. No car needed! Comfy beds and kind customer service.

Cons:

The hallways and stairwells were pretty dirty and run down looking. The price was steep considering the age of the hotel.

Decent hotel at a Great Location
Pros:

The rooms were decent, clean. Nothing special, just a basic room. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, right at the end of the main street where many shops and restaurants are located. Decent size room to put both suitcases down and still be able to move around easily.

Cons:

The balcony is "open" to the room next door's balcony (Would be better if there were some kind of wall, or separation for more privacy.

Dirty, first room had bedbugs had to have them get me a new room, thankfully no bed bugs were detected. Needs updated, elevator broke and it's impossible to get around
