Breakfast was very nice. Quite a few things to choose from. We really liked the selection and went down every morning to have breakfast. We would recommend it and the Inn to others!!! Great experience!!!!!!
The toilets were small - low to the ground and not fans in the restroom.
Well located inn near shopping n restaurants. Clean rustic rooms. Hot breakfasts very friendly staff
Great location. Nice and quiet
Random people hanging in the lobby.
Good
Nothing
Location was good. Decor was nice
They stated they had a hot tub and sauna which they had neither. Not exactly sure but might have gotten bed bugs from this place. Was charged twice for the room, one from Booking.com and the other from the hotel when I checked in. Finally got my money back after 4 days.
The facilities were generally good; however, the level of hospitality fell below my expectations.
My room was not cleaned during my stay, despite housekeeping staff cleaning rooms nearby. On one occasion, I ran out of towels and contacted reception, only to be told that I needed to bring my used towels to reception in exchange for clean ones. As a British visitor, I found this unusual and inconsistent with the level of service I expected.
I also felt that some staff members could have been more welcoming. Several employees passed by without acknowledging guests, although one member of staff later greeted me warmly. A greater focus on customer service and hospitality training could help ensure that all guests feel valued and welcome.
I had originally planned to stay for nine nights but decided to leave after only two nights and move to another hotel for the remainder of my trip. One of the things I value most when travelling is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and unfortunately, this was missing during much of my stay.
That said, I was pleased that my concerns were eventually addressed where staff bring in some towels after I questioned this and I appreciate the efforts made to resolve the issues . Overall, while the facilities were satisfactory, there is room for improvement in terms of service, communication, and guest experience.
What I did not like was the inconsistent level of service and hospitality. My room was not cleaned during my stay, despite housekeeping staff attending to nearby rooms. I also ran out of towels and was asked to bring the used towels to reception in order to receive replacements, which I found inconvenient and unusual.
In addition, some staff members did not acknowledge guests when passing by, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming than expected. As a result of these experiences, I shortened my planned nine-day stay to three days and moved to another hotel.
Despite these issues, I appreciate that my concerns were eventually addressed, and I was satisfied with the outcome in the end.
The mattress are a little uncomfortable
Location was perfect
* There is a strong disinfectant odor as soon as you walk in. It’s quite offensive.
* No access over five days to bottled water! Vending machine was out of stock and never refilled.
* I needed to add an extra day. I was charged an exorbitant amount! Gouging is NOT ok.
I did not need to take advantage of the breakfast, but the person at the counter was nice and allowed me to grab a glass of orange juice past the time. The location is excellent, right by everything. The pool was great!
We didn't realize that you need to let them know if you want them to change your sheets -- we were there 3 nights and had the same sheets the whole time.
The walls between the rooms are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next door. They weren't being unusually loud or raising their voices; they were having a normal conversation. I contacted the front desk who told me that they would call the other room and ask them to lower their voices (not actually the problem) but otherwise there was nothing they could do. I said that if it didn't improve, I would request another room. They said they were "almost fully booked" and wouldn't have another room. Really? Almost fully booked? So, they basically said I was stuck with a noisy room. I won't take that risk again and neither should you.
The breakfast was abysmal. No meat, eggs or any other protein. No fruit. Just a bunch of bad carb-loaded choices. I tried to use the waffle iron - broken. Bad outlet and no one could help fix it. The entire breakfast experience "reeked" of stinginess. Cheap, limited and non-nutritious choices. At their price point, they should be embarrassed.
Room was very clean and quiet
The bed was not very comfortable
