Der Inhaber kümmert sich höchstpersönlich. Er ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns super aufgenommen gefühlt. Total gemütlich und direkt am See gelegen.

Seehotel Jaegerhof Hubertus is one of the best places to stay if you’re visiting Switzerland. Beautifully located right by the lake with a nearby beach, it offers a peaceful and scenic setting. You’ll find several restaurants within walking distance, and it’s only about 10 minutes from the nearest train station. If you’re driving, most major tourist destinations across Switzerland are easily reachable in under 30 minutes.

The hotel has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are exceptionally clean, and the beds are very comfortable. While there’s no air conditioning (which is common in Switzerland), it’s not needed—temperatures drop significantly at night, ensuring a restful sleep.

The amenities are a great bonus: free on-site parking, reliable internet, and a fresh, delicious breakfast served every morning.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and scenic base for exploring Switzerland.

Hotel was amazing. the breakfast and the view is fantastic. wifi did not work good. The beach beside the hotel is 10/10. Room is fine, quite spacious. Be aware of check in time

My wife's first reaction on reaching the property is that we had been tricked. The place appeared unkempt as if it had been abandoned. A notice in German inferred that someone would be back in half hour, so we left with no intention of staying there.

We were later informed that someone was waiting from 1500 hrs to 2000 hrs waiting for our arrival and there is no reason to doubt the veracity of that claim.
But the place did not look at all inviting. A local lady kindly phoned the hotel on our behalf and despite trying for half hour was unable to get a satisfactory response.
She informed us that the hotelier was not Swiss.
Shortly afterwards we encountered an American couple who had met the hotelier and had also decided not to stay there. They reported to us bloodied bed sheets, which to me indicates they were not changed between guests as well as the high probability of bed bugs. Sightings of mosquitoes and a Russian hotelier who was in complete denial that anything was amiss. They, very kindly, were able to arrange alternative accommodation for us.

It was a great stay. Perfect location with a beautiful lake across the street and very close to the bus stop that can take you straight to the train station. The host is great, and the breakfast is so great - lots of options!

This property is on lake Thun bank and its very quiet, relaxing and close to bus stop and train station as well as few minuts away bus journey from Interlaken. Ideal for Family holidays.
This felt like family operated place where cool, calm & welcoming feeling we had.

The hotel was very nice, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and very complete . The view from our room was beautiful . We moved by public transport , different bus lines .

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen!
Grösse des Zimmers ist gut, aber man sieht, dass hier seit Jahren nichts mehr renoviert wurde. Die Matratzen haben ihre beste Qualität hinter.
Doch das schlimmste war die Temperatur im Zimmer: maximal 16 Grad! Bei einer Aussentemperatur von -8 Grad!

All good. The Wi-Fi connection can be improved as we weren't getting a good connectivity in the room.
