Funcionários da recepção e gerente muito diferenciado.

Cons:

Academia desativada , montaram em uma sala alguns equipamentos básicos. Hotel faltou luz algumas vezes.

Maravilhosa!
Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom, porém no sábado quando cheguei não tinha mais um item básico e eu solicitei a resposição, pois ainda faltava mais de uma hora para acabar o café e a funcionária disse que tinha acabado. Logo em seguida passei por outra mesa e estavam servindo o item em prato separado para outro hóspede. Isso me chateou um pouco, mas de resto, absolutamente impecáveis. Certamente eu voltarei.

Da funcionária que não atendeu meu pedido mas atendeu de outra pessoa.

Infelizmente o cafe da manhã do lounge precisa melhorar mais... mas o Fabrício sempre está a disposição para melhor atender.

El hotel es hermoso, muy buenos desayunos, la piscina es maravillosa

El baño específicamente el lavamanos, tenía una fuga de agua, y el baño tenía un olor desagradable. Lo intentaron solucionar, y la fuga de agua mejoró pero el olor empeoró.
