If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents.

Location, convenience, staff
Room cleaning ladies were very good. However, the room needed a deep cleaning as there were a lot of stains on the chair, duvet cover and pillows, bed skirt, on the floors, walls. Bathroom were stained, moulded and very dated.

Nothing cause there was a mess up with my reservation and also headoffice did not speak to the hotel about me coming before hand to insure I get a my complimentary presidential suit experience and was met with again just no respect
