Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Parkplatz gebucht.Bei Ankunft mit Kind war kein Parkplatz reserviert. MAN BEHANDELTE UNS SEHR UNHÖFLICH und meinte wir könnten bei den NACHBARN nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Wir hatten sehr früh gebucht und kamen um ca.18.30 uhr nach 4 Stunden Anreise an und waren müde,weil wir auch ein Geschäft haben.Nachdem ich den Vorgesetzten sprechen wollte,wurde mir der Verzicht auf das Zimmer von ihm nahegelegt,also keine Lösungorientierung,nur die Feststellung, dass man uns schnell abservieren wollte, Ist das der neue Stil der Dorinthotels? Mit der Gewissheit,dass zu Messezeiten das Zimmer immer vermietet wird,,kann man sich wohl ein solches Verhalten leisten. Traurig,dass es solche Mitarbeiter gibt.
