Cleanliness of the room was immaculate. Greeting by the desk staff was very warm and family-friendly. She even was excited to meet my service animal. She said she only wished she had treats for service animal. She said I am able to thank our Veterans for their service. However I think it would be a great way to say thank you for their service to our Veterans by simply giving them a Doggy treat.

We are a 14 day road trip! After 6 nights all of the places we stayed were sub par till here ! Great rooms! Nicest hotel and the least expensive on our whole trip! Definitely recommend if in Caldwell Ohio! Off the I -77

It was nasty COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE & MANAGER DID NOTHING!!!! Not worth the money too stay! Cockroach hotel is NASTY management is rude to guest food was cold hair in bathtub bed was dirty worse experience ever!

Room was very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast included eggs and waffles and toast. Oj and coffee was good too.

Poor internet service.need to get rid of spectrum.tv only had two of our favorite channels.need a better selection of channels.while on my IPad I kept losing connection

It was a great place to stay if you’re traveling through the area. Enjoyed the stay and breakfast was pretty good.

Freezer does not work in fridge and tv has white spots all over screen as if going bad, 👎

Breakfast eggs were cold. Exterior of Inn could use some landscaping to make it more appealing upon arriving. NO curb appeal.

On the surface, the hotel looked clean but one I got settled in, I noticed several different things that left me uneasy about staying. First of all, the area around the beds looked like they had never been swept, the mattresses were a sight. So many stains. I was horrified. Pillow cases were yeooloed. Thank God I took my own pillow! There was only one luggage cart which was constantly in use. Not trying to sound difficult, but I have a few physical disabilities (such as RA) which makes it difficult for me to carry anything. I was the last room down a long hall. There was a door near by, but unfortunately it didn ’t work. Lastly, in the middle of the night there were several small, black bugs on the floor in the restroom. I will not be booking here again.

The food options were delicious. I loved that they had almond milk available. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing.

It looked good when we arrived then we noticed the towels were dirty I was giving them the benefit of the fought because it was a floor towel .but then we looked at the other towels and they were the same. Sheets were clean but the mattress on the side looked awlful like they had been peed on or vomit .on other words u need new ones.there were cobwebs in the corner if the ceiling you could tell had been there a long time..the price was good .so I guess I get what u paid for.wish I could have given a better review.
