A lot of applause to the lady at the China House to serve us with a lovely smile each time we visted! Her memory is so sharp she could rememebr our preferences and choice of seating! Food was sumptous.. but her warm hospitality plus the extra fortune coOkies she gave me made me remember her!! The girl from Jammu ..who pursued hospitality from Jaipurr.. kudos to her! god bless you.

Our recent 3-night stay at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad was truly elevated by one exceptional person — Mr. Jha, the chef who made every single breakfast a memorable experience for us.
From the very first morning, it was clear that Chef Jha is not just doing his job — he genuinely loves what he does. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and passion for food reflected in every dish he prepared. Each day, the breakfast spread felt fresh, thoughtfully curated, and absolutely delicious. Whether it was perfectly cooked eggs, flavorful Indian dishes, or beautifully presented continental options, everything was consistently top-notch.
What really stood out was how Chef Jha went out of his way to interact with guests. He took the time to understand our preferences, suggested dishes, and even customized meals to suit our taste. That personal touch made us feel valued and cared for — something you don’t often experience everywhere.
The quality, taste, and presentation of the food were outstanding throughout our stay, and it quickly became the highlight of our mornings. Starting the day with such an amazing breakfast truly set the tone for the rest of our time in Ahmedabad.

I enjoyed the food as it was rather scrumptious including how the murgh tikka felt as juicy as if a savoury spongecake imploded upon my tastebuds while the flavours mingled and engaged all 5 senses due to the depth and complexity in flavour adding to the aroma. Thank you for the spectacular experience.
I could sense the black pepper and spices coming from the different regions of India while the ambient music played by the on site musician added to the atmosphere. The service was truly inspiring as they were able to cater my request with respect and in a timely fashion. I would like to thank the whole service team for their willingness to assist.

AMAN ARPEET ARUN and Abhishek at Tinellos were fine HOSTS and Krishna at Jalebi counter was very good too
They looked after us veŕy nicely with great bonhomie!!
