Except for their airport pick up and poor telephone communication( up to our arrival at hotel) need improvement.

Calm and sophisticated environment, very good food and excellent service.
Chef Niraj treated us very well, and makes a tasty food.
Arphitt treated us very well, gave us attention and is very professional.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, well presented, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. Travelling with a toddler can be challenging, but the staff truly went above and beyond.

Sanjay at the front desk was outstanding—proactive, attentive, and even arranged our three family rooms close together. Brinjal was also lovely, always smiling and helpful. The whole front desk team made everything smooth.

Kunal at breakfast was fantastic and made sure our toddler always had what he needed. The chefs and breakfast team were also very accommodating. A lounge staff member (whose name we didn’t catch) was consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay.

Monika from housekeeping was caring and meticulous, keeping the room spotless with our toddler in mind. Rajesh at the spa was excellent and made our family pedicures a great experience.

A small suggestion: the spa booking process could be clearer, and the outdoor pool was quite cold—heated water would be amazing in the future.

Special thanks to the doormen and cleaners who were always smiling and helpful. Overall, the staff made our trip memorable and truly enjoyable.

Central location ,good service at all levels,friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well supplied / stocked with necessary items . Special mention for Rohini who attended to our room to keep it clean and tidy.

The hotel has a nice staff and very friendly. We couldn’t eat most of the food as it didn’t agree with us. The hotel also needs a good ventilation system in their kitchens. The whole hotel smelled like food including our room.

Had a perfect and beautiful dinner with my family. Food was excellent and service was top notch. Mr.Shivam was really helpful and very caring. Overall 10/10 will recommend everyone to visit.

All the staff at the hotel have been exceptional. But the best experience I have had is at the Tinello restaurant. The dining staff and the Chef’s are move than 5*. Service, food quality and the absolute pleasure of staff is second to none! Special mention to Chef Niraj, Pankaj, Shivam & Anjesh! Thank you all so much for a memorable experience!

The stay was perfect!!! I have stayed for 14 days and they took with so much warmth. All the amenities especially gym is world class.

Breakfast offered an excellent spread of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. A special mention to Chef Neeraj, who was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that the meals were served to a first-class standard.

Food and service was excellent. Head chef Niraj Jha personally attended all the tables and greeted everyone and inquired about food quality. Assistant manager Abhishek Rana gave personal attention to every table as well. Excellent service!
