Good place to stay

Clean, well presented rooms. Unfortunately my queen bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Not a problem, but a little surprising.
Loved the rice fields view. I could hear a nearby nightclubs music, but fortunately was able to sleep. Staff were friendly and courteous.

I liked that it was very accessible to a lot of amenities. Most staff were helpful. Limitation with language hampers communication. I would not rate the customer service of reception staff the best except for Ella and the Pregnant lady. They do not know what true Customer service is. I’ll just leave it at that.

Fantastic value priced hotel for the quality in Seminyak. A bunch of great restaurants & services nearby.

Great location, excellent views.

The location of the Boutique hotel is very pleasant . The room are not so big but we enjoyed it with One adult and two small kids. The facilities are good. The design is very attractive . The staff is good and welcoming.

I had the most uncomfortable stay. The mattress is hard as a rock and the restaurant next door is very noisy every night till 3am morning. In fact the hotel gave out notice about the noise we have to put up with. The breakfast is basic and the food selection is quite limited. The taste is not good either.

This property needs a major renovation. The staff is great, but this hotel is dated and dirty.

Pros: Nice location, nice pool and decor
Cons: Poor sound isolation - heavy footsteps thumping in the morning, smoke smell from neighbors cigarettes travels through walls easily, lots of Chinese tour busses coming and going constantly, breakfast is not very good

Such a good value for price. Staff was very friendly and attentive, nothing was a problem for them, room was pretty nice and clean with a very comfortable kind bed. Location is really good, right in the Seminyak centre, next to the famous restaurants such as Metis, Sardine and Da Maria. Breakfast was ok. Would stay here again.

I would not recommend this particular swiss bell hotel. All the other ones in bali are better. I booked a suite and it was dark with no view. They ran out of milk for your coffee at breakfast. Terrible pool

the hotel is clean and artistic, lots of restaurants closed hotel.
the room are quite spacious and clean with pretty good fixtures.
near the legian area, seminyak and Canggu (the developing area) and close to the sunset road.
btw nice hotel

Small.no cupboards or drawers for clothing.cold breakfast which mainly catered to asian tourists.dangerous pool area right near the lobby area.overall dissapointing .never stay there again.

The are all there for serving the guests with warm smile

Great value for money in a hip area. Pool situation not great, but free shuttle to beach in the morning was good. Pretty good bfast buffet. Room was v clean with great AC. Lots of food options in the area. I was traveling with a small child and pool was the biggest drawback. I would recco this as the price is great tho!

My room had ants in it! However other than that, was so amazing :) Loved it very much and the service was great!
