Our stay was okay, not the caliber we expected.
Pros:

The front desk held or gifts to the family that was checking in and gave them to our guests when they checked in.

Cons:

Our family was late to our event because they had to wait for their rooms. It was way past check in time before they got their rooms.
Friday morning they closed the breakfast buffet early.
Saturday night we took a ride share back to the hotel which dropped us off at the main door-it was locked and the employee that let us in made a comment that we could have gotten in at the back door—like we bothered him!
The air conditioning was not working well.

Waited 20 minutes to check in, Elevators didn’t work, first room had bathroom issues so we had to move rooms, treadmills didn’t work consistently and breakfast was terrible.

Clean and business oriented

Cons:

They Charged me Twice for my Hotel Even though I Had it reserved through Bookings and Paid for it in Advanced I was charged again in person and not told about it and had to look at bank statements to find out the person at the front desk did not communicate that they were charging me at all, Really frustrating getting charged $275 for one Night After that I will not go through bookings or them again as when I confronted the front desk about the charge they said they couldn’t find my booking even though I showed them confirmation number and pin
