Two things:
1) When I arrived on the night of the 5th the front desk had no info about my booking and gave a room I did not want because the hotel was almost full!

2) Since I booked online from the US, when I requested my sign out bill they front desk was unable to as I was told that since I booked in the US they couldn’t give me any bill. They were so unprofessional! I literally left in anger !

Wonderful hotel, amazing stay eventhough a little isolated.

A business trip to Yaounde - in the nearby Embassy area - out of the way for taxis - but I had a driver. Good service - friendly staff - even when the hotels.com booking had not come through when I checked in. They were still helpful.

The telephone number on hotels.com is not working - they have a different one now!! So be aware.

Food was great - saladfs good - breakfast was adequate.

Towels in room are very small!! And no views so to speak of - as windows are there - but not see through

They don't use online payment. I had to pay cash after booking with hotels. Com

When we booked the hotel, the listed amenities included free buffet breakfast. So after we ate the breakfast, we got presented with a bill--we tried to explain that according to our booking, the breakfast was complimentary, but the server insisted that we needed to pay and then take up the issue with the reception desk.

So we paid the server, and went to the receptionist, and showed her the black and white of our reservation in which it was printed that the buffet breakfast was included--and she said she was NOT responsible for what EXPEDIA advertised. She was less than optimal--no solution or apology was offered--so we were just stuck.

Then when we checked out the last morning--the desk attendant followed us to the car, wanting to know if we had paid our bill. We explained that we had paid to Expedia on line--and had verified that when we checked in--but he kept pushing and interrogating. We finally gave up and drove away.

The free internet was not working.

There were plumbing issues--when you take a shower, it does not drain properly, flooding the bathroom floor. Towels are skimpy. And the uninvited guest was a large cockroach.

The location was good for us, but the overall experience was disappointing. The advertised amenities of a hotel should correspond to the services provided. It is unfair to advertise complimentary breakfast and then charge for it. The staff need customer service training.

Hôtel sympa un peu en retrait et calme, les restaurants sont cependant loin mais l'hôtel dispose de son propre restaurant sur place.Le personnel est arrangeant et sympathique mais gagnerait à être plus souriant.

It was wonderful. I stayed for one day but i really recommend the staff that tried to help me with my problem

My stay was pleasant and the hotel provided value for money. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff were friendly and did their best to assist during my stay. In terms of the other options available, this hotel was certainly the best option available.
