Hotel Atlantis

É um hotel razoável, na verdade muito bom considerando que estamos no continente africano.
Café da manhã: o café que tem é aquele instantâneo que você mistura no leite (Nescafé). Não tem café pronto. O iogurte e leite que ficam disponíveis não estão refrigerados, o iogurte fica em um refratário de vidro (não são embalagens individuais), ABERTO sem gelo embaixo nem nada que preserve a temperatura ou proteja de moscas.
O pão é um pão só, se você pegar o outro fica sem. (Um pão doce, um pão salgado, UM de cada).
Ar condicionado: funcionou muito bem, no entanto as vezes entrava um cheiro de cigarro no quarto e desconfiamos que seja do ar condicionado.
A cama: colchão excelente, conseguimos dormir muito bem, no entanto o edredom estava manchado (!!!) conforme foto que envio anexo. Travesseiros bem moles e pequenos.
Atendentes/recepcionista: dá até dó, infelizmente eles não possuem infra estrutura para trabalhar, embora pareçam esforçados. São muito limitado, não conseguiam identificar no sistema deles se nossa estadia estava paga, tinham que ligar para uma outra pessoa para confirmar. Nosso check out demorou 40 minutos. Eles são muito educados, mas infelizmente não são competentes.
Ponto positivo: todos os dias colocavam duas garrafas de água (lacradas, industrializadas) no nosso quarto, mesmo que não tivéssemos tomado as do dia anterior. Eu tomei dessa água e não tive nada rs
Ponto positivo: o chuveiro, embora só saísse água por 14 furinhos (eu contei) era bom.

The hotel is well and centrally located in Maputo and is clean and pleasant for a budget hotel.
On the day i was staying in the hotel it was noisy.
Also internet on the upper floors of the hotel was slow.

Pessoal muito atencioso, boa localização e quartos espaçosos.

My stay was not so good because of the sewage smell that was coming from our bathroom. The pillows were not comfortable at all, they were old and were doubled in one pillowcase. For breakfast, we had to wait for some cutlery and crockery, and food will run out and there would be no one checking if everything is still there for guests, we always had to go to the kitchen to ask for things.

I was so frustrated because what I showed my family on the website is not what we found.
No inside parking, no swimming pool as shown on the website, breakfast was so bad not even enough for all.
We even left 2 days earlier, due to all the inconveniences and we were even robbed.

We booked our rooms to stay at the 3 Star Atlantis. Upon our arrival they informed us that they could not accomodate us at the hotel we booked and send us to another hotel the company owned. This hotel was of such poor quality (broken cupboards, dirty and torn curtains, poor shower, etc) that one coud not rate them above 1 Star. Our various complains were fruitless and after a few days they refunded us 15% which was not what we wanted but we found ourselves in a situation "or this or nothing". It is sad that Hotels.com deals with such hotel chains, as according to people working at the hotel, it appears that we were not the first ones to find ourselves in this situation and this norm happens regularly at this hotel. To the public out there 'PLEASE BE CAREFULL WITH HOTEL ATLANTIS"

Hotel simples mas muito limpo. Funcionários muito prestativos. Café da manhã fraco e desorganizado.

Foi otima

メインストリートに面してして、場所的にも、街の中心に位置していて、便利だと思います。
館内は掃除が行き届いていて、綺麗です。シャワーも、直ぐに、お湯が出て、嬉しいです。

但し、夜１０PM過ぎにチエックインしたのですが、レセプションは、英語が、通じませんので、少し大変でした。昼間のマネージャーは、英語もでき、しっかりしてました。

Ótima localidade e atendimento. Apenas o serviço de internet que foi ineficaz no quarto.
