Decent property near Devil's Lake.
Had a fantastic stay there. Maybe a few more things in the workout room. Some free weights would be awesome. Customer service was lacking a bit.

We always enjoy our stay at Ho Chunk Casino in Baraboo, Wisconsin and are frequent guests. However, we have been noticing that the hotel is in dire need of updates both in the rooms and common areas.
Everything was delightfull
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves which was very convenient. My only minus was the dining options, grill in the Casino closed at 7pm and no restaurant in the hotel.
The family hot tub was broken an rhe adult one was luke warm blowing cd water out.

I LIKED EVERYTHING WHAT I DID NOT LIKE IS THE GUEST UNDER MY ROOM WHERE SMOKING TO MUCH EVEN WHEN DID OUTSIDE THE AIR WOULD TAKE SMOKE INSUDE
Overall the stay was good. The casino was only partially open because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Only gaming machines were operational. The hotel and casino took good precautions to protect the guests. A lot of the restaurants were closed because of the pandemic. In light of the lack of services, the hotel room seemed a little over priced.
Very modern and clean. Awesome waterfall in the entry way. Very friendly and helpful desk agents.
It was a beautiful hotel, very clean. We had an outdoor patio outside of our room but it was filthy with bird droppings, feathers and dirt. Also, coffee was not offered in the lobby in the morning since the casino didn't open until 9AM.
We booked a suite last minute on way home from vacation and it was beautiful!
I had some family in town and i thought it would be great to stay here and tour the dells during our visit.
Very disappointed that the hotel and hotels.com did not contact me or list that all food services were closed at the hotel.
Thankfully the dells was not far awaybwith plenty of places yo eat.
Also, table games are VERY limited
They finally opened tables up at 4pm and 90 percent of the tables were blackjack.

Wo love the pool and hot tub. They scraped and painted the railings in the pool area, but still looks unfinished as it’s white and doesn’t match the rest of the area.
I loved the Ho Chunk Hotel I stayed at it was very clean and they were very friendly. I also enjoyed all things we did at Wisconsin Dells, boat tour, jet sky boat tour and the shops and restaurants.
Hotel was very slow and rooms were not updated, one smelled of smoke, one was on end by shipping and receiving garage there was hole in curtains dirty patio door no blow dryer no blankets couldn’t get hold of front desk very slow service, we’ve stayed here other times, they told us being members we could’ve gotten 89$ room rather than paying
