Pros:

The club 10 room was very nice with really great views of the city.

Cons:

The swimming pool area is the main disappointment. The pool is too crowded and not at all welcoming!..
The pool bar is extremely expensive, and the staff I found to be quite rude and dismissive.
The room was nice, however they did not make up the room until I had to ask them to do it at 5pm.
The breakfast was cold.
For a 5 star hotel, very dissapointed.

Pros:

La atención fue excelente y la ubicación es muy buena. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Limpiaban la habitación a diario y cambiaban las toallas todos los días. Además, solicité hacer el check-out una hora más tarde de lo previsto y me lo concedieron sin ningún inconveniente, un detalle que agradecí mucho. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

¡Todo estuvo perfecto! Por decir algo, deberían renovar las toallas grandes ya que se notaba que algunas necesitaban cambio

Nice hotel with good views
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful with all my queries.

Cons:

The cost of laundry was very expensive and could only been done in 3 days Ended up going to a laundry just around the corner which was a lot cheaper and same day service.

Hotel 5 estrellas en toda regla. Excelente desayuno, ubicación, Instalaciónes y vista. Linda piscina en el rooftop.

Cons:

Llegamos 8am y recién pudimos hacer el check in a las 15. Se que esa es la regla pero en otros hoteles de Thailandia, en Koh Phangan y Koh Samui nos dejaron hacer el. Check in antes, atendiendo a que nuestros vuelos llegaban temprano. Me pareció bastante frío eso.

Excelente ubicación, confort y vistas espectaculares
Pros:

Excelente hotel para descubrir Bangkok y disfrutar de unas vistas espectaculares.

La ubicación es fantástica, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, transporte y muchos puntos de interés de la ciudad. Uno de los grandes puntos fuertes del hotel es su piscina infinity y el rooftop, con unas vistas impresionantes del skyline de Bangkok. Además, los cócteles estaban deliciosos y el ambiente era perfecto para relajarse después de un día de turismo.

Tuvimos la suerte de recibir un upgrade de habitación con vistas a la ciudad, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. La habitación era amplia, muy cómoda, impecablemente limpia y con todos los amenities necesarios. La cama era excelente, el baño muy completo y nos gustó especialmente encontrar canales de televisión en español.

El desayuno fue otro de los aspectos destacados: variado, abundante y de muy buena calidad, con opciones para todos los gustos.

En definitiva, una estancia excelente. Personal amable, instalaciones muy cuidadas y una relación calidad-precio difícil de superar. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en una próxima visita a Bangkok.
