GV Hotel Pagadian

Soggiornato con la mia Compaga, scopo della visita era il vicino ufficio immigrazione dove ho rinnovato il Visto turistico. E visto che abbiamo risolto il primo giorno siamo ripartiti la mattina seguente anche se avevamo prenotato per due giorni.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly lots of shopping at the mall next-door. Lots of places to eat. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The girl in the counter has bad attitudes.

We stayed for a day last month, flushing of toilet not working. the staff are good but the management are worst total worst, there's no manager on floor no security on duty your safety in this hotel is very unsafe,we have a accident during our stay yung sister ko i nopen lng nyu ang sliding door tapos biglang nahulog galing 5th floor thanks god walang na saktan sa nang yari, Ang masama pa don kami na ang na aksindenti kami pa ang pinag bayad sa damage eh. kasalanan ba naman na wala silang maitenance check sa mga room pag mag check out. Loose ang sliding door.Kami pa pinag bayad, Ang masaklap lng sinabihan kami na wala daw sila magagawa kasi kami may kasalan. hindi ko to e recommend tong hotel to kasi your safety is not guarantees dito.

The hotel room that I booked on hotels.com did not have hot water and the wifi was not good. I communicated with the GV hotel administration who said that the rooms listed on hotels.com don't have hot water and that if we wanted hot water we would have to upgrade to a more expensive room. I pointed out that they didn't acknowledge the fact that the showers were cold only in their information on hotels.com. Their response was that their customers prefer to shower with cold water (yet they charge extra to upgrade to a room with warm showers.) Their response to my complaint that their Internet was not working in the room was just to say that they've had problems with that in the past but didn't know that there was a problem now. All of this can be verified by my email correspondence with the hotel. My recommendation is that you not stay at this hotel. There are plenty of hotels in Pagadian, although they do not appear on hotels.com My recommendation is that you seek them out elsewhere on the net or find another hotel when you get there.

There are a few other hotels in the area, although none came up in the search. Stay somewhere else. Water was shut off for several hours without any prior notice!

Located near Gaisano Mall. Easy access to transportation. They allowed us for an early check in when we arrived at around 9am. Simple basic room with aircon and old CRT TV with cable channels. No lift so we went up the stairs to our room in the 4th floor. Free wifi was good.

First off the linens were obviously not clean and has smudges of some kind of liniment, room was average. Towels are not in presentable condition.No elevator and no telephone . I was surprised to be ask for a guarantee deposit of 200 for the keycard which is refundable upon check out. Staff is good.

Stayed overnight to catch flight to Manila

They need a refrigerator in the rooms. The could recoup by increasing rate by a little.

28 dollars a night, no room cleaning, no new towels , no hot water, smelly bedding, tiny room. No elevator, no phone, may as well sleep outside. Had to hand pour water into the toilet to flush it, dont stay here.

I always love to check in here because of their nice rooms. Every time I go to Pagadian, this hotel will be my first caught in my mind to stay for because it is very affordable. The staffs are veey hospitable.

I stayed there overnight during a recent business trip to Pagadian. The first impression was boring. It was an average hotel located at the city center fronting Gaisano Pagadian. I booked a single room accommodation for Php500 located at the second floor. The staff told me there were other rooms priced at Php475 but they were at the fourth floor. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so you have to pick and carry your things up as there were no bell boys available. The room was good, just an average room for me. It has an AC and own bathroom. It has a blurry cable TV which cannot pick up a decent signal reception even on local channels. Hallways are creepy and dark. The room wasn't well-lit and it looks boring for me. However public transport is excellent.

Coming from the north side of mindanao and travelling for more than 4 hours, my husband an i needed a place to rest and have a nice nap. GV HOTEL was the first hotel we saw and from tripadvisor's list, is the num 1 on the bnb list so we opted to stay here. Yes it is cheap. But the room is clean, not that small, the aircon is new-ish, tv model is old but it has cable, bathroom is old but clean-ish. We were walk-ins but They allowed us to have an early check in since we arrived in pagadian super early in the morning.. staff are polite and helpful.. dont know if they have wifi since i didnt bother asking. Lolz.

I stayed in Pagadian to take the Board Exams. The hotel rates are pretty cheap but I looked for the most affordable. Found this one infront of Gaisano. Their prices are cheaper than the other surrounding hotels.
My room was just enough for me. I had my own tv and cr though I had to unplug the tv so I can charge my phone. Only two outlets, one for the tv and the other one for the aircon. The room and cr are also very clean so it is really a plus.
For those on a tight budget like me, stay here.

Dirty, sheets not clean. Do not ever stay here!

Was traveling by bus and needed to get a hotel to rest the night. Only hotel in area through hotels.com so we booked it. Once in room there was was trash in bathroom, bed sheets were not changed and it smelled disgusting. Left hotel and found another room for $20 more and was very happy. Would never recommend anyone to stay here ever.
