Pros:

Very kind staff. Simple breakfast.

Cons:

Not clean, no heat if you are not staying in the room. The rooms are not isolated, you can wake up becaue someone showering next door or somone speaking outside.
The cleaning staff making a lot of noise.
Things are broken in every room I moved to during my stay. tiny bathroom. no heat in the bathroom. living in a floor other than the first floor, you have to wait a long time for hot water come. A smell of smoking everywhere.
When the co-owner of the hotel smoke cigarette on the door steps in the first floor, you can smell it in the fifth floor because he is not smoking with door closed and the stairs are so wide so thee is much air flow.

Excellent Service and Location.
Pros:

I liked that everything was confirmed via messaging within the booking.com App. Checkin and checkout was quick and easy.

Hotel location was very easy to find and 2 minute walk to both Fatih and Shezad Camii and around 15-20 minutes walk to Blue Mosque.

Bus and Metro stops very easy to locate by the hotel, as the hotel is just behind the main road it’s nice and quite an yet very easy to go get food and drinks nearly as plenty of choice.

Double room was very good, clean and tidy and over our stay was cleaned multiples times. Turkish breakfast daily was good and plenty of tea available within the lobby all day. Ali was a very good host and very helpful throughout 5*

Pros:

This hotel was in a great location, the reception desk was very friendly. Clean and very helpful. I will be coming back to stay here. If you are coming to Fatih, come stay here

L'hôtel est dans un bon endroit très calme et jolie prêt de l'arrêt de bus et de métro aussi leur petit dej était très bon sauf que la clim dans la chambre faisait du bruit en mode chauffage sauf que sa tt et bien

I was Scamed as a customer and the staff being rude and refusing to refund an extra night booked and even noticed them before 10 days. There was a problem in the room and a refund to change it even the hotel full of empty rooms and gun the reception gay been super rude and treat you like maphia
