Das Hotel ist ein kleine Hotelanlage, mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wünsche und das Wohlergehen der Gäste sind dem Personal sehr wichtig.
Es wurden Angel-Ausflüge sowie Massagen auf dem Zimmer angeboten.
Der Strand ist über der Straße, uns wurde angeboten die Sonnenliegen über die Straße zu tragen, zum Platz unserer Wahl. Ein toller Service.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für Zusätzliche Getränke an der Hotelbar und die angebotenen Speisen war super.
Der Strand ist leider durch die einheimische Gäste teilweise verunreinigt, was aber vom Hotelpersonal auch weggeräumt wurde.
The staff were very nice
There wasn’t any warm / hot water so unable to have a shower .A basic requirement when staying at a hotel. Place needs some work done , old and tired.
15 minutes in cab to airport made it convenient. Interesting walk along the beach but you wouldn’t want to swim from it. Nice seeing the local families enjoying the beachside in the evening
There was a second door out of the room into an alley. We were not shown this and it was unlocked so if we had not spotted it our room would have been unlocked. The gap around this door was significant ie well over the size for mosquitos. There was music from a party that lasted til 1 am. The bright external lights were not turned off until 1:30 am. Noise and light made it hard to sleep. There are not 3 restaurants as the website says- there are 3 places you can be served food from the same menu
Not too much. They were nice about not charging us $20 for airport pickup. But the hotel is really quite expensive for what you get. The staff were nice.
The rooms AC was super noisy so hard to sleep. The hotel is across the street from a dirty public beach. The food is expensive for the quality, and the rooms are old, paint chipping, and need renovation.
Rooms were big and the pool was a nice bonus on a hot day. It's location across the road from Otres Beach was excellent and it was far enough away from Sihanoukville to avoid the big city traffic, congestion & noise. Breakfast was good and the cook made us some excellent meals when we ordered lunch & dinner.
The beach had a lot of litter from picnicking families and from rubbish washed onto the beach.
Huge room, great view, lovely pool.
Bathroom is very dated: tap in sink barely produced water while the shower was excellent. Some updating is needed.
We were looking for a place for a group of 12 to rest and relax after a busy 2 weeks in Cambodia with space to meet as a group and have space alone when needed. This was perfect. The pool and beach just across the road were a hit with all. Pool side massages and the island boat tour organized by staff were fantastic. Breakfast excellent. Ate some meals in restaurant and some at Happy Papa Pizza just a short walk away. Bonus - Browns Coffee a short walk or tuktuk ride away on beachfront.

Nothing to dislike
Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours elsewhere to escape the chaos. The noise continued until after 11 pm, ruining our stay. We had an overnight stay here before our 17hr journey home. We strongly advise against this resort - the lack of consideration for guests and unsanitary conditions make it a place to avoid at all costs!
The furnishings and the rooms are generous.

Location was great, cross the street from the beach. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was helpful.
