Pros:

2 eme séjour dans cet hôtel , monsieur Émir s’était vraiment formidable le spa est super la piscine chauffée même en hiver les massages proposés sont très bien.

Les tv sont anciennes donc pas de netflix après non ne prenons que des chambre offrant la vue sur mer donc je ne sais pas comment elles sont

Cons:

Грязные комнаты. Полотенцы зуб. Щётки и пасты и одноразовые мыло нету. Полотенцы очень грязные. Уборка ----00001. Убирается очень 👎. Надо тех персонала учить или поменять ((((((

Pros:

5 gün boyunca otelde konakladım ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Otel son derece konforlu ve güzel, konumu harika. Havuzu, üst kattaki terası ve kahvaltısı gerçekten çok başarılı. Çalışanlar ise oldukça güler yüzlü ve saygılıydı. Özellikle Olcay Bey, Emir Bey ve Kadir Bey’e ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer!

افضل اختيار للاقامه في شارع الاستقلال

موقع الفندق استراتيجي في شارع الاستقلال والجميله انه من الخلف لتجنب ازعاج الشارع والضوضاء فقط تخرج من الفندق وتتجه للخلف تصل الى الشارع
الفطور متنوع
الغرف صغيره ولكن بشكل عام جميع فنادق اسطنبول بهذا الحجم
شكر خاص لموظف الاستقبال ابو بركه انسان خلوق وجدا جدا جدا متعاون لابعد الحدود يلبي جميع الطلبات

Bon emplacement mais très basse au niveau de la qualité

Juste la distance du lieu d’intérêt

Le personnel était très mauvais avec nous à part monsieur Hasan et monsieur Ismail çiçek.
Il y’avait aucun respect, monsieur Dursun était très aigri ça été une mauvaise expérience pour notre part.
Les chambres étaient très petit, sombre et les matelas des lits n’étaient pas propre.

Personne pas à l’écoute, photo mensongère, il indique un lit pour 2 personne, sauf que c’est un mensonge, et il y avait un trou dans le matelas et dans la latte ce qui fait que le lit pencher, Propreté a revoir, beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain, chambre petite, moquette sale, odeur de tabac dans la chambre, couette minuscule, La piscine était froide alors qu’il y avait écrit 30 degrés!! Et les prix sont de l’arnaque à touriste. 250€ pour 3 Nuit dans une cage à poule!!! Je vous conseil un autre hôtel si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances, À fuir !!!!!

La chambre avec jacuzzi mauvaise expérience un jacuzzi très nul poser n’importe comment très dangereux pour monter
Ils sont mis un escalier deux marches on bois mobile pour rentrer dans le jacuzzi
Pas de cabine de douche dans la chambre du coup c’est pas pratique et je peux même dire c’est inaccessible pour certaines personnes que ça c’est descrit sur les détails
J’ai demandée une chambre ils ont refusé
Pas d’effort côté personnel ils ont ignoré ma réclamation et même mon accident dans leurs jacuzzi de merde
Petit déjeuner répétitif et petit presque rien à manger misérable
Personnels non accueillant
Très mauvaise expérience apart l’emplacement je donnerai 1 pour tous les services de cet hôtel

2 pakken sigaret gestolen in mijn kamer door de housekeeping. ze geven drink water maar op het einde van je vakantie vragen ze geld hiervoor en dan zeggen ze dat wij als reiziger dit moeten weten terwijl ze zelf kunnen zeggen dat water niet gratis is. Prijs van water is mala 3 dan anders winkels echte afrippers. Laken wordt pas na 3 e keer zeggen veranderd. Ontbijt altijd zelfde. Ontbijt is tot 10:30 maar als je om 10 uur aankomt is alles bijna leeg. Nooit meer deze hotel. Ik hoop dat booking.com zulke reacties serieus neemt en contracten verbreekt met dit hotel
