Nuestra estancia en el Grand Hotel de Pera fue simplemente increíble. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos bienvenidos, y gran parte de esa experiencia se la debemos al equipo de recepción, que fue excepcionalmente amable y atento.

Queremos destacar especialmente a Emir, Kadir y Sinan, quienes hicieron que nuestra visita fuera aún más especial. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos, con una sonrisa y una actitud realmente cercana y profesional. Su amabilidad y dedicación marcaron la diferencia, haciéndonos sentir como en casa en todo momento.

El hotel en sí es precioso, cómodo y muy bien ubicado, pero sin duda lo que más recordaremos será el trato humano. Sin pensarlo dos veces, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

La localisation prêt du quartier nocturne.

Cons:

Chambre trés petite, sans vue sur l'extérieure. Obliger de sortir de l'hotel pour se rendre compte de la météo.
Chauffage en surchauffe impossible à régler.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We had an amazing 6-day stay at the Grand Hotel de Pera in a family room with a balcony.
To be honest, we didn’t expect too much at first because of some negative reviews, but our experience turned out to be excellent from the very beginning. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. (I highly recommend booking a room with a view of the Golden Horn.) The breakfast selection was a bit repetitive, but everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel’s location is another big advantage: it’s right in the heart of the tourist area, just steps away from Istiklal Street. All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Will definitely book again.
Pros:

Very nice buffet breakfast, must try mixing tahini and molasses! Great to have a swimming pool and sauna to use after a long day sightseeing. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

It did not bother me, but there was music playing till past midnight.
