Pros:

Cama confortável, limpeza e ter especo e serviços de refeições

Cons:

Achei falho o atendimento no checkup , pois deixei os dados cadastrais para emissão da nota e tive que fornecer novamente e demorou ( sua atendente não estava em seus melhores dias) acredito que treinamento é fundamental para excelência no atendimento. Por favor tira da Globo a TV!

upgrade de categoria
Durante o check in a rececpcionista foi muito gentil e rápida. Ela percebeu a minha insatisfação com o fato de pagar o estacionamento e ofereceu um upgrade de quarto.

Cons:

Box sujo e pelos, piscina com água turva - decidi não aproveitar
mas o pior é pagar o estacionamento - R$ 20,40 - num hotel no interior de São Paulo, é um despropósito.

Gentileza dos funcionários da recepção, restaurante. Rapidez do serviço de piscina, restaurante. Conforto do quarto. Café da manhã muito bom. Foi bem tranquila minha passagem pelo hotel

Pros:

Após me trocarem de acomodação, gostei do quarto. Tive que ser realocada devido infiltração no primeiro quarto, além disso, o ar condicionado do primeiro estava fazendo muito barulho. O segundo quarto, onde fui realocada estava bem melhor.

O café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

Tentei falar várias vezes para colocar os dois aptos pertos, pois tenho filho pequeno, mas nada resolveram. Chegando, um dos apto estava com cheiro de mofo e urina. Reclamei por telefone e nada fizeram. Foi preciso ir a recepção para que trocasse o quarto, mudando de andar. Parte da família ficou no primeiro andar e parte no terceiro andar, com duas crianças. Os funcionários poucos treinados para atender e resolver problemas. Que vergonha, já estive no mesmo local antes e tinha sido muito bem atendida por isso retornei.
