Vælg et andet hotel!
Pros:

Sødt personale, der dig havde svært ved at tale engelsk. Fik den udtjekning uden ekstra betaling, var også til at hjælpe med at skaffe chauffører til udflugt.

Cons:

Elendig mad!!! Både morgen og aften. Morgen blev vi “underholdt” af udøvende kunstnere, der spillede så højt at man ikke kunne føre en samtale ved bordet. Brødet havde været fremme flere dage var meget tørt, der blev ikke fyldt op når der blev løbet tør for noget. Aften var enten minimale portioner eller også buffet, som igen lignede noget der havde været fremme flere gange. Ingen form for groft eller sundt, samt kun sukkerholdige sodavand.
I køleskabet på værelset var der glemt mad fra sidste gæst ( de havde nok opgivet at spise i restauranten), samt elendig belysning, der var så svagt at man ikke kunne læse ved det. Badet sprøjter til alle sider så gulvet udenfor kabinen bliver vådt, der manglede også en måtte til gulvet. Den kom dagen efter, hvor personalet glemte et lille håndklæde.

Every employee here will greet you with a smile. They often nicely ask to ensure your comfort.
One of the best hotel in Jogja, often stay here for business or family trip. If you’re looking for a not too crowded place near train station, Tugu, Malioboro, with kids friendly facilities, this is the hotel you should choose.

Best & strategic hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Riss Hotel. The hotel is in very good condition, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. A big thank-you goes to Niken and the manager for helping ensure our rooms met our expectations. It’s the perfect place for a great trip filled with enjoyment! A strategic location with excellent service.

Breakfast menu options are complete from traditional javanese, other indonesian menu, chinese and western.
They also serve a special Turkish Coffee ... great !
The hotel has also adopted the safety culture seriously and has given guest with auto safety video presentation / procedures in small TV within the lift, enough number and visible emergency signages
The location is so central and yet not in the busy street. It is in close proximity with Tugu Station, Malioboro Street for shopping and culinary experience and not too far to The Palace Complex.
Be mindful if your room nearby the Tugu Station side, you might still hear the train arrival/departure with some announcement. Request another wing if you wish for a more quiet room. Will go back and stay there for location , good safety culture and hospitality 🙏

コスパよく湯船に浸かりたいならあり！
Pros:

チェックインの際に部屋をアップグレードしてくれた。バスタブ付きの部屋だったので、疲れを取ることができた。
ルームサービスも美味しく、値段も高すぎずでよかった。
朝ごはんは6時からと早く、種類も豊富だった。
受付スタッフが親切。

Cons:

4つ星ホテルにしては全体的に設備が古い。
バスルームだけでも改装した方が満足度が上がると思う。
バスルームの換気扇の音がかなりうるさいのと、シャワーカーテンがないのが気になった。
駅から近いため汽笛の音がかなり聞こえる。音に神経質な方は避けた方がいいかも。
駅から近いと思ったものの、ホテルの出入り口は駅とは反対側なので、空港行きの電車の改札までなんだかんだ10分以上かかった。

Le petit déjeuner incroyable on peut tester toutes les spécialités locales
Literie très confortable
Personnel très serviable on a pu changé de chambre car on était côté gare

Cons:

Le gros point noir : le bruit lié à l environnement.. gare à côté avec les sirènes dès qu un train est à l approche , de l autre côté la rue donc egalement bruyant car pas de fenêtres double vitrage , enfin à. L intérieur de l hôtel une petite musique incessante super énervante
