Quarto com muito barulho para dormir
Pros:

Hotel fica numa localização boa para quem precisa pegar vôo em Guarulhos.

Cons:

Ficamos no último andar e o teto do quarto ficava rangendo durante a noite toda. Tinha também um bar com música ao vivo a frente do quarto que ficou com música alta até 2 da manhã.

Hotel simples e limpo, ótimo para uma noite se em conexão longa em GRU. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Chuveiro demorou muito pra esquentar e molhava o banheiro todo. Me molhava com um jato forte de água fria toda vez que eu ligava. Pessimo.

Overall, my second stay was less comfortable than expected due to room assignment and noise issues
Pros:

I liked that the hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, including the bedding and common areas.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I was given a smaller, dated room on the first floor despite requesting otherwise, with noticeable noise from the street and nearby restaurant, and the reception staff was not very accommodating. I also feel the restaurant menu could be improved.
