Excelente localização com um ótimo custo benefício. O quarto foi muito confortável, pedi uma mesa para trabalhar e foi atendido. A garagem é gratuita e o pessoal é simpático.

A sua localização ajuda muito quem tem afazeres no centro ou nos hospitais da região. Fica próximo ao Natal Shopping..o café da manhã atende bem.

Cons:

O elevador é antigo, alguns móveis nos quartos necessitam reforma, tivemos problemas com insetos no primeiro quarto e que resolveu com a mudança para outro no andar superior. No primeiro quarto o chuveiro não esquentava muito e o ar era fraco.no segundo quarto estes problemas também foram sanados.

Gostei muito do tamanho do quarto, e de toda a estrutura dele, ficamos bem instalados

Cons:

não gostei da porta do quarto, considerei insegura
O colchão da cama de solteiro achei duros, mesmo o de mola
