Pros:

Do silêncio. Do apartamento que fiquei no 4° andar não se ouviu barulhos, o que foi bom para o descanso.

Cons:

O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar: pouca variedade de frutas e tipos de pão. A salada oferecida estava estragada.
O banheiro é bem apertado do apto que fiquei. Para uma pessoa gorda, ela terá dificuldade de usar sanitário e parte do banho.
A garagem é subterrânea e o fato da tubulação sanitário passar pela localidade, exala mau cheiro.
