Stayed 3 nights. Location is very good, staff are friendly and rooms are nice. Buffet is plentiful with a mixture of western and Vietnamese options, with an omelette/egg bar and daily rotating soups/broths.

It’s great being across from the beach.

Cons:

The sun lounges were in the shade during the middle of the day! To note, the gym is not very good and I would not recommend booking this hotel if that matters to you.

Perfect location with amazing view from balcony
Pros:

Perfect location, amazing sea viem. We've stayed for 5 weeks in a superior room with balcony and sea view on 17 floor. Highly recommended. Child friendly, the hotel team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty. We'll definitely came back in a few years

Cons:

SPA and sauna not included in the price.
Would be great to have more toys in a child zone on 20 floor.

Good location with nice sea view
Pros:

Location was good, next to the beach and many restaurants. Hotel was clean and breakfast selection was quite ok (just baked things - like bread, cruasants, sweet cakes - were so so).

Cons:

You can see some wear-outs already in the rooms, especially in bathroom.

L'établissement en entier : les chambres confortables, le personnel disponible et souriant, le Rooftop, ...
Le déjeuner était bon et diversifié.
La chambre était insonorisée et permettent de passer de réelles nuits.

Cons:

Malheureusement il n'y a que 2 ascenseurs pour tout l'établissement. Les clients ainsi que le personnel les utilisent.
Il faut facilement attendre une dizaine de minutes pour arriver à destination.
