Great hotel with amazing ocean view

Great location, I stayed on the 16th floor & had a big room with great balcony and amazing view of the beach and morning sunrise.

The gym wasn’t good, I didn’t love the selection of food for breakfast

Surprise delight!
Pros:

Beautiful sea view room with balcony, clean linen and great bathroom. Sampled the spa and we loved the pool area and the fact we had great views of both the sea and later on we enjoyed city scapes with tasty cocktails at the hotel bar. Super location for all amenities. Traffic outside a little noisy at times but didn’t bother us and breakfast is more basic than other places but overall the value and experience here is great. Would recommend without hesitation.

Vil anbefale dette hotellet
Pros:

Det var et veldig fint hotell. Vi hadde hotellrom i 17. etasje med balkong. Hvis prisforskjellen ikke er for stor, så vil jeg anbefale med balkong. Balkongen blir østvendt. Det er egentlig bare godt for da får man soloppgangen og det er skygge på balkongen på ettermiddagen og kvelden. De hadde en god ordning med parkering for motorsykkel. De leier ikke ut, men om du leier fra et annet sted så er det bare å parkere rett utenfor lobbyen til hotellet. De har alltid en sikkerhetsvakt som passer på og de flytter den ned i en parkeringskjeller om natten. Frokosten var god og de ansatte var veldig hyggelige.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were really great. Every single one of them will really take the time to greet you, in the lobby, along the corridoors, restaurant. The staff will also take time to hold the elevator for you which we noticed not just with one instance but with several occasion. Angela was great, she did not fail to ask us everyday how we are doing, do we want to have room cleaned, where are we going for the day. She would provide tips, advice and even helped me get a voucher in my grab app so I saved a lot with her guidance. When we were looking for an ATM, she took the time to enter the location in my google map, she was very helpful and sincere. She is good at her work. Everyone at the front desk and concierge are all commendable, very attentative, polite and courteous.

The room is spacious with a balcony. It has a nice view of the My Khe beach. Clean and have everything we need.

The location of the hotel is right in front of My Khe beach (you have to cross a road - with a nearby pedestrian lane and be very careful when crossing as passing vehicles do not slow down even if there’s a pedestrian lane). There are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy nearby.

The breakfast also have wide spread of offering.

If we get the chance to come back to Da Nang, we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Definitely value for your money.

Cons:

It would be great if there’s a call button for the bar by the swimming pool. We had to go up the bar (few steps only, not a big deal) every time we need to order our drinks. Not a serious issue, just good to have :)

Pros:

Good location. Just cross the street you will get to the sea. Skybar on 20th floor has spectacular city view. Helly ,bar manager, is super helpful with her coktails. Emma at spa did her job great.
Hotel has only 2 lifts, sometimes, i had to go with dirty clothes, trolley, not very pleasant and in the morning time, it took 15 mintutes each way to up and down to the restaurant, wasted of time.
Staffs here are friendly and always say hello to every guests.
