We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

The hotel was amazing, room met all our expectations... was clean, bed was super comfy. Staff were polite & friendly at all times. Breakfast buffet was great... lots of delicious food to choose from.
Noise from surrounding restaurants was a little much & carried on until late at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here.... the staff were polite, friendly and accommodating at all times, especially Micasa... she made sure we were happy & comfortable. Our room was beautiful with ocean views... bed was huge & comfortable. Everything was perfect... we'll certainly be back !!

Location is good, breakfast too.
All was great until we check out.
We travel all over the world , never ever anyone stop us from leaving because a stupid room key.
When we check it no one told us to return all the room keys. After we check out we missed one room key , the one at the to turn lights. After we try to check out the gentleman fluid not want us to let us go, we almost missed our flight because a stupid room key. He need to teach how to treat customer. Because of that we won’t be back next year to this hotel.

Great value for money. Awesome location in front of beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Super attentive staff and many options in breakfast buffet. Our room had no view but you could go to the roof pool, which our kids enjoyed, and see the whole bay from there.
