Hotel Point Pokhara

It was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice with many local cuisines options. The room was very large with a great mountain/lake view. It was stocked with water bottles and teas and coffe. Which was awesome. Clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the place. We loved it. They feel like a family here at the hotel

Lage in einer ruhigen Straße aber nahe am See.Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!!!!!!Frühstück ist reichlich und sehr lecker!!!

メインストリートから少しだけ奥まったところにあるので静かなホテルです。
私たちの部屋は北西の角部屋だったので、部屋からもテラスからもサランコットの向こうにアンナプルナサウス、マチャプチャレがよく見えました。ホテルの西側は現在空き地なので、その隣のホテルバラヒのプールもよく見えました。
部屋はとてもきれいに掃除されていました。特に窓はピカピカに磨かれていてうちの主人が窓に頭をぶつけた程です。
ホットシャワーは熱いお湯が十分に出ました。
スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで楽しい人たちです。

The room had everything we wished for.

Very friendly and cozy hotel. Manager obligied with our requests and introduced to nice local places. right in the middle of lakeside but yet away from the noise.

Disappointing at best.
Bathroom had not been cleaned, trash can still full, no tissue paper.
Advertised a bar & nightclub in facilities, did not exist.
Restaurant & room service for Breakfast Only!
Way over priced for the area. Much much nicer hotels for less money in Pokhara!

Most comfortable hotel I have stated in during my trip to Nepal. The bedroom was really spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

We wanted a place to relax after 15 days of hiking on the Annapurna Circuit, and we got that at Hotel Point. Really nice service and the room was big, clean and had a nice bathroom. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the main street on Lakeside, which makes it a lot quieter than the hotels closer to the main street without missing out on the puls of Lakeside.

This hotel was great! Wonderful, extremley nice helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms with nice view from balcony. The best hotelbreakfast I´ve had for ages. I couldn´t have chosen a better hotel and will for sure return if going to Pokhara again.

After spending one month in one of the other local hotels, we stayed one night here after our trek and were surprised by the cleanliness, friendliness and price of this hotel. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Great staff, great, clean and comfortable room, great a/c, super clean common areas and so much more. A+!

Hotel muy bueno. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal de 10. Solo entendemos un poco de inglés y se esforzaron con traductores del móvil para poder entendernos, Por poner una pega que no hay café para el desayuno solo nescafé aunque el desayuno muy bueno. Las vistas de la habitación cuando no estaba nublado espectaculares y la bañera de hidromasaje una delicia. Sin duda repetiría en este hotel. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable

We were greeted warmly on arrival by the manager and receptionist. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we had excellent service. Our room was spotlessly clean as was the bedding and towels. Breakfast was a delight each day and consisted of cereals, toast, jam, eggs, cooked vegetables, Danish pastries/croissants, tea/coffee. Since we visited during low season, the kitchen as not open all day, however we were still able to order snacks, which were brought in from nearby restaurants and were excellent. The hotel is able to organize excursions and trekking and when our travel agent let us down, the manager at Hotel Point stepped in and made alternative arrangements for us. We requested some restaurant recommendations and were very happy with the selection given. The staff at this hotel are excellent, from the manager to the gardener. They just cant do enough to please their guests.

we've stayed at hotel point for a week and enjoyed that time very much. The hotel is situated at lakeside, close enogh to get everywhere by feet yet a bot set back in a quiet side street. The room was very comfortable and the mountain view from our bed could only be topped by the one from the roof top, where you can have your breakfast. This will be brought to you by Puspa, the hotel manager, who will also cook himself if you ask for the right things. That Nepali breakfast was outstanding. Even apart from the breakfast Puspa made it his personal affair to organise our stay exactly as we wanted it and made sure we didn't end up in tourist traps.
Couldn't be happier with the hotel choice, we're coming back again!

We stay at hotel point for3 nights. The room are big and clean. Very nice view from the balcony.

Hotel point is a 'must stay' if you are coming to Pokhara. This very affordable hotel has the most comfortable beds, excellent A/C, and wonderful hot showers... Or a bath if you fancy! My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, Puspa. This guy is the epitome of customer service and satisfaction. He quickly checked us in to the best room they had, although we booked the standard room, and made sure we were well looked after. He is not only the hotel manager he waited on us for breakfast, brought us anything we needed to the room, gave us great deals on buses, trekking and laundry services, compared to services offered in the area. One morning we asked for orange juice with our hardy breakfast (which you can order anything for the cook to make), and not realizing they didn't have any on hand, we saw him run to the store and he came back with orange juice for us! One thing about the hotel that was a super perk, was that the tv in the room had at least 3 movie channels in English, and there was a fridge in the room! We have been traveling for 5 months and we were blown away with this hotel and the staff. Thanks again Hotel Point!
