Excellent staff with free transfers into Ubud and reasonably priced out of hours return pick up. 3 bed villa was fantastically appointed and comfortable.
Everything was good!
The family 3 bed villa was a tropical paradise, felt we were in the jungle & even saw fire flies on a night. Away from all the hustle and bustle of Ubud.

this place excites with classy style mixed with local ambiance - all set in a lush green, wild garden. the rooms are stylish, the beds very comfortable and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. the manager was extremly supportive during my stay in some situations that required immediate attention. Overall: excellent! suksma... see you again!

Malgré les prestations de haut niveau (Villa, Restauration, Services) et emplacement reculé du centre ville et de la route principale, reste très bruyant (cocoricos, aboiements, scooters, travaux…). Aucune isolation phonique, prévoyez les boules Quies!

The facility and room were lovely, but the check-in process didn't go smoothly. When I provided my reservation name at the reception, they said they couldn't find any reservation information. The reception manager mentioned that they had encountered similar issues with Expedia before. After persistently requesting multiple checks, they eventually found my reservation, but the room wasn't ready, so we had to wait for over two hours. They offered dinner as an apology, but it was disappointing to have an unpleasant experience during check-in, wasting time.
The staff is fantastic always aimed to please i’m very happy as a repeat customer. Looking forward to my next stay. I cant single out anyone person honestly all were great. Everything i needed 3 towels by pool. Got it. Breakfast right on time. House keeping great. Food great front desk awrsome but my special person is Yati Pusparinil-great smile wonderful lady was so happy to see her at this hotel. See you all soon. Brent C. MacDonald
My sister and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were to come back to Ubud. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We enjoyed the property and our villa as well. We recommend to anyone who is considering.
Amazing property in the middle of the jungle , the style is different compared to the other properties , it has an eco lodge vibe . The garden is stunning and you can enjoy the quietness of nature without being too far from Ubud
Exotic location in a quiet area of Ubud. Gorgeous property and the staff excel above and beyond. The included breakfast was incredible. The spa was within walking distance and was true luxury. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
It was really amazing stay, one of the best hotels I ever been. Very beautiful and tastefully decorated. You will find everything you need. There is also common kitchen and a lot of outside spots to chill out. The stuff is just amazing and very helpful! There are free transfers to Ubud center, the area is also very interesting to discover. I really prefer to stay here than in my humble opinion very busy Ubud. I stayed 6 nights and would love to stay next time again. This place was definitely a highlight!

Dette oppholdet ble noe helt annet enn vi hadde forventet.. vi hadde sett på bildene, og lest andres anmeldelser, og forstått at dette var et fint og hyggelig sted å feriere. Så vi valgte å tilbringe deler av bryllupsreisen vår her. Ja, stedet er flott. Roen, stemningen, kulturen, alt er helt topp! Men det som virkelig gjorde bryllupsreisen perfekt, og som gjorde at tårene trillet når vi dro, var omsorgen og ydmykheten hos personalet. Vi har aldri blitt tatt bedre vare på! Ordene "thank you" har fått en ny betydning etter dette oppholdet. Absolutt alle ansatte var fabelaktige, men de som først kom inn i våre hjerter var Tika, Dewa og Wayan. Tusen takk for at dere gjorde vår bryllupsreise uforglemmelig! Vi følte at vi var blant familie.
The staff are very accommodating and attentive. The property is quite tranquil and is removed form the traffic and buzz of the main roads. The location was very convenient for us and we used the free shuttle service to get into town. Food was authentic and not one dish failed to hit the mark. We will definitely be back.
