Very old furniture

The price was too expensive for a small and like that. It smelled bad because of the poor ventilation system. Staff was friendly.
It was a very old building with very old furniture.

アパートタイプのホテルなので台所がついており、それに起因するのか部屋にはゴキブリがいた。部屋のアメニティはシャンプーとボディソープのみで、ひげ剃り歯ブラシ、スリッパ等は付属していない。バスタオルの交換はないので、部屋についている洗濯機で自分で洗濯しなければならず、短期旅行者にはおすすめしないです。

The place is so old and needs major updating. The square footage is horrible with tight areas that you can’t manuver unless you move the furniture each time. The rug was filthy and old regardless of them cleaning it. I would never stay here again, I wanted to leave after the first hour of being there. I don’t recommend!

Comfort apartment, good staff, 5 min walking to Mall of the Emirates, close to bus station, metro, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah City.

The hotel interior and equipment needs refurbishment as it has become old.In Our 1 bed apartment cooking oven,electric kettle and AC kept on tripping.
Staff was very good and cooperative.Hotel location is best in Barsha,very lively street full of small cafes and stores.Parking space also good.

The hotel was 5 min walk from Mall of Emirates. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

I was bitterly disappointed in the hotel; the room was filthy with mold on the bathroom walls, never mind the telephone that was so filthy! It looked like the room had never been cleaned with glitter all over the bedroom carpet! In the middle of summer you arrive to no air conditioning in the room; you had to turn it on and the fridge and other appliances turned off so you could not even put anything into the fridge to get it cold!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anybody!!!

The room has a bad smell.
Wifi is not working at all.
Very limited english channel.
Very noisy outside since we are situated opposite the housekeeping room.
Very small elevator as well.
No slippers and toothbrush inside.
One small bottle of shampoo and body wash for in the room.

The only good thing here are the guards who are always smiling and friendly.

Near to mall

Simple hotel. Nothing to complain about but nothing special. The building is not new. There is room to improve on cleanliness.
A very helpful and good set of staff.

Average hotel, friendly staff, close to the Mall of Emirates. 10 minutes drive to beach and Dubai mall. Basic room amenities, didn't feel like 4*. No milk for tea/coffee. Iron had 2 pin plug for a 3 pin wall socket. Room service had to be requested daily for cleaning.

Horrible staff! The second time we got a smaller room. And they just lied to my face that the room was as big as the previous. Even my wife could see through skype that the room was smaller. Why not just admit the room was smaller?

Hotel overall is great for a short stay. The mall is within walking distance but still a good 15mins walk. A convinient store is very close to hotel if you need to get bottles of water or snack to use in the hotel kitchenette. An additional seperate toilet in the 2bedroom apartment was a great bonus. Room is clean and comfortable. Front office staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again if transit in Dubai.

We stayed here for three nights, mostly because the prices of hotels across the city had spiked, so we were looking for one that was affordable. This hotel was more affordable than others. The location is very good, especially since we wanted to make our own food (close to Carrefour). The hotel is adequate. We were glad for the free Wifi as well.

Hotel within shopping distance, but a little far from city center. Serene environment for after the busy day's relaxation. Excellent comfort for a family holiday.

Stayed to save a few bucks and because it's location was convenient. I was only right about the location (walking distance to Emirates mall), but there are much better hotels in the area for the same $$. Rooms are ok in size, (mini efficiency) but nothing else is right. Old hotel, with smelly floors, thight elevator, and dirty rooms. Kitchenet was full of small cockroaches, utensils were overused and look dirty. Fridge was not even on, so you can imagine the smell. Bathroom was small and full of mold. I was stuck for 3 days since I paid upfront, so couldn't move. They didn't clean the room for 2 days( I though it was standard practice in all hotels) , and did only after I asked several employees the 2 day. Free parking was available inside the hotel.
