Sehr schönes Hotel, das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect for our group for a Hiking Weekend
Pros:

Beautiful hotel convenient for the hiking trails. Walkable from train station, and has free parking, including chargers for electric cars. Good-sized rooms with comfortable beds -- even the third bed in the triple was pretty good. Excellent breakfast. If you get half-board, the dinner has a salad, soup, choice of 3 main courses, and dessert, and the menu changes daily. Good showers. WiFi works well.

Cons:

Our group had 4 rooms, two of which were nicer than the other two. All were good, but there was nothing explaining any differences, so it was just luck of the draw, I guess? The hotel could use more staff, especially in the evenings with customers trying to check in and eat dinner at the same time.

Pros:

Niet geweest, blijkbaar zijn er meerdere oberkirchen in Duitsland en had ik de verkeerde. We waren op doorreis.
Ondanks dat ik binnen 3 minuten na de boeking belde, kon er niets meer aan gedaan worden. Dit vind ik erg klantonvriendelijkheid en teleurstellend.

Cons:

Wij zijn niet geweest. We waren op doorreis maar blijkbaar zijn er meer Oberkirchen in Duitsland en had ik de verkeerde geboekt. Ik belde 3 minuten na de boeking maar men wou niks voor mij betekenen. Ook niet de datum verplaatsen zodat we de terug weg er wel konden verblijven. Weg was 140 EUR.
Erg klantvriendelijk en ook onredelijk ook.
