Estaba cerca de la playa
La ubicación cerca de la playa es sin duda un punto positivo. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia tuvo algunos aspectos que consideramos mejorables.
Al viajar como turistas, nos resultó especialmente incómodo que el hotel no dispusiera de toallas para la playa. Al estar alojados cerca del mar, creemos que sería un servicio muy útil para los huéspedes, especialmente para quienes viajan con equipaje limitado y no pueden llevar una toalla de playa.
También encontramos que en los alrededores hay pocas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas, por lo que es necesario desplazarse para encontrar más alternativas.
Por otro lado, el hotel y algunas de sus instalaciones se perciben algo antiguos y creemos que agradecerían una renovación
El resort está bastante bien situado, cerca de la preciosa playa de Dreamland y relativamente próximo al centro de Uluwatu. La habitación era amplia y estaba bastante bien equipada, y las vistas desde la terraza eran muy bonitas, con una panorámica de 360 grados.
Lo que más destacaría es el trato del personal: todos fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Siempre nos recibían con una sonrisa, saludaban e intentaban ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos.
El desayuno también nos gustó mucho. Me pareció bastante completo y con bastante variedad: preparan tortillas al momento y hay sopa, pancakes americanos, yogur, fruta, zumos y también opciones más contundentes como arroz, pasta con verduras o salchichas.
Esperaba un poco más teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un resort. La piscina no estaba en buenas condiciones de limpieza; tenía algunas zonas con moho verdoso y daba la impresión de que hacía tiempo que no recibía una limpieza profunda. Nos sorprendió especialmente porque durante nuestra estancia vimos continuamente a personal limpiando y realizando tareas de mantenimiento en otras zonas. Finalmente, subimos a la piscina, pero decidimos no bañarnos.
También echamos en falta algunas cosas básicas en la habitación. Solo proporcionaban dos toallas grandes, una por persona, y habría sido necesario al menos disponer de una pequeña para las manos. Además, no proporcionaban toallas para la playa, únicamente para la piscina.
Algunas instalaciones también necesitan más mantenimiento. La ventana o la cortina de la habitación dejaba manchas y abrir la ventana resultaba un poco complicado. En general, se nota que algunas zonas del hotel necesitan una renovación y un mayor cuidado.
Por último, aunque está relativamente cerca del centro de Uluwatu, hay que tener en cuenta que con tráfico los trayectos pueden hacerse bastante largos y algunas carreteras de la zona no están en muy buenas condiciones.
Como detalle curioso, en la habitación indicaban que estaba prohibido lavar ropa y que podía haber multas por hacerlo.
En general, disfrutamos de la estancia gracias a la ubicación, las vistas, el buen desayuno y, sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal. Sin embargo, creo que mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de algunas instalaciones haría que la experiencia estuviera mucho más a la altura de lo que se espera de un resort.
Its located away from all the traffic, close to the beach, tidy foyer and great view of the gold course, roof top pool and views of the sunrise and sunset, staff super nice and juice bar, large corridor and rooms, bed comfortable. Cheap price considering.Tv had Netflix.
Traffic noise and you could hear next door, whole room smelt from the tiolet, outdated and run down, sliding door wouldnt shut, the road in damaged and the front building is closed broken and overgrown. The beach access is run down and dirty. Its a car ride to uluwatu shopping area.
Love this place - it's quiet and peaceful and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
The food is amazing and the swimming pool clean and the view amazing.

From the moment we checked in, staff was unclear about the location of our room and seemed unprepared. Once we arrived to our room, we found that the door did not lock and there was blood and white stains on the bed. We left the room immediately and paid for a new hotel without being refunded or offered a solution at the hotel. Would not recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay at Klapa Resort. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views over the ocean and golf course, and it’s incredibly convenient if you’re here for both the beach and golf.
Dreamland Beach is just an easy walk away and New Kuta Golf Course is right nearby — perfect combination for a Bali holiday. ⛳🌴🌅
The food was really nice and breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day, especially sitting back and enjoying the views.
And then there are the 2-for-1 drinks… which sound like a fantastic idea until you realise just how dangerous 2-for-1 can become on holiday 😂🍹🍹
Great sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, good food and an excellent location. I’d happily stay here again.

Pool was not maintained
We came to the hotel after having some unexpected issues with our Airbnb and needed to check in immediately. Anggara was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. He was welcoming, incredibly helpful, and exceptionally kind and understanding during what was a stressful situation for us.
He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made the transition so much easier. His professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out. We are so grateful for his help and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the amazing service we received from Anggara!
