The hotel is rundown, below are my feedback

1. Room smells bad
2. Toilet smells bad
3. Towels are old, not white anymore
4. Room service just open the door without acknowledgement.
5. There is techno club in the hotel and you can hear in your room.
6. Outside traffic also can hear in the room

False advertising, different to what was advertised for the room, room don’t look even close to advertised one, checked in at 3pm and checked out at 7 pm on the 07.05.2023

WiFi Signal is poor

Sorry to say that your property isn't recommend for business

Near to Kota tua
Near to the proclamation monument

Me and my family stayed here for 1 night because my daughter has to attend event at Gramedia bookstore Matraman st. It was just a quiet suddenly we made reservation. Other nearby hotels were fulled already. So we decided to stayed here. I know formerly that hotel has no pool, thought I bring my kids. So I choose Executive non smoking with large bed. No extra bed available. Hotel was built in 1998. Furniture were old, and damage in some part such as mini refrigerator, chair, coffee maker is stain marks. We stated at 8 floor, in the night almost dawn, I herd music boom from somewhere, and so much man voices coming from outside the door, as if they were passing by and come back again, little bit annoyed. I didn't know what happened. But when breakfast time, around 7.45 to 8.30 AM, it was only me and my husband, no body else. I wonder why.. where is everybody. Not many breakfast choices, we decided to buy breakfast from outside hotel for our kids. Lobby area was very quiet, not seen hotel staff passing by. The hotel really old, lonely, dim light..
Old hotels like this need to be renovated. I hope hotel management aware of this situation.

for stay its enough comfort, the room is midle, not so big and not so small. i think if the management of this hotel wants to recondition each room, this place so recomended, cause this hotel in the middle of capital city.
about the price.. cheap, location good, comfort average, only wi fi is not good, only can be use out of the door wkwkwk... wifi signal strength so bad.

All of the services are satisfying! The room was really good. Comfortable. Not too small it rather big actually. The receptionist was very humble. With that price i can be more satisfied with this hotel. Thank you. I'll come back later

The room was dirty and smells like smoke. The Disco music was too loud and late. The AC was not working properly. Bathroom is dirty. Small parking garage.

This is an average to not-so-good type of hotel. The major complaints I read on others reviews is correct : extremely loud noise from unbelievably noisy up-beat dangdut music 🎶 causes vibration on half of the hotel floors. Thank God based on other reviews i asked for higher floor : 7th floor which had no vibration at all.

Room was old hence it’s deteriorating. Thank God I juz stayed there for 1 night juz to hang out wit my friends so we couldn’t care less. This is definitely not a hotel for family with children 👶🏻 because all of the rooms was smoking room so you can smell the scent. The room may not be dirty but it’s certainly look dirty because old and need renovation urgently.

I didn’t bother to try d wifi or the breakfast fear that i will be severely disappointed.

So if you ask for higher floor you’ll b safe from the noise from the discotheque and if you don’t mind old room with smoky scent then you will b ok at least for 1 night.

Conclusion : don’t recommend this hotel until they do major renovations which I doubt. Good luck 🍀

pour quelques jours passé à visité Jakarta cette hotel suffit parfaitement au attentes .

After a long day with my partner and can't find any other hotel in Jakarta, we decided to stay in this hotel and expecting to have a really good sleep.
The check in took forever and everything is not proper accept the bed and the tv cable. Our room was huge and the bed is very comfortable! The TV cable was complete and all but what's funny is the wifi only can be use in front of the door and it's really hard for my partner to talk to explain with people because not so many people talk in english there cause my partner was Portuguese. The sofa is really dusty and dirty!
This is the big point, We both can't sleep because the discotheque downstairs was banging like crazy and we can feel it.
If you ever wish to have a good sleep after a long day and wishing for a peaceful night, don't come here it's a disaster for your sleep.

Everything about it is really sucks, from the reception, lobby and almost everything and the price ? really? for this kind of bad stuff we are having and it is still high.

I really not recommend it to stay here at all and with the staff attitude? come on.

Pengalaman terburuk selama ini. Kamar kotor, pengab, berbau. Pelayanan buruk sekali. Lebih mirip losmen short time daripada hotel. Kalo mau liburan mending pilih hotel lain aja

Is good for its price but if u the music is really loud in the first levels... it's good in the seventh floor

I suppose to check in 2 PM but couldn't because the management said the hotel was full. In the end i end up check in at 5 PM. Worst I cannot ask for refund. My stay in Jakarta become a frustrating experience.
