Occupé 102 (clim hs) puis 107 Vieil hotel, équipements usés, sales et rouillés insalubres, ce qui est cassé n'est pas remplacé 😐
Matelas dur, drap et housse de couette troués, déchirés ainsi que les serviettes de bains déchirées au bord
Personnel peu aimable voire agressif notamment celle qui s'appelle "Tai", à croire qu'elle n'aime pas les guests, à fuir, par contre "Mai" est serviable, avenante toujours souriante, heureusement qu'elle était là car notre séjour dure 18 nuits (une grosse erreur de choix)
Wifi très faible, rame ...
Avantage : proche du Centre et du Mall Pier 21 et de la plage, aucun problème pour se restaurer

Hotel plus excentré mais bon marché et pratique pour aller prendre l avion ou le bus. Sinon j ai jamais rencontré une réceptionniste aussi antipathique, impolie et désagréable !!!

Déçu, très bruyant, pas de café alors qu'on voyait la machine à café. Les draps étaient tachés. Les serviettes trouées. Des bestioles et fourmis sur le lit et salle de bain.

Rezeption ist nicht besetzt einscheken geht über QR code Frühstück wird angeboten es ist aber kein Personal vorort das zubereitet oder serviert.Möbel haben wasserschaden Zimmer werden erst bei Gastwechsel gereinigt Betten sind stabil aber unter das Laken sollte man nicht schauen. Ausserdem liegt die Unterkunft
( Apartment nicht Hotel) an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse

Great bang for your buck here in N Pattaya. Nothing fancy but clean. It would be nice if the front desk girls showed some sort of personality. I would almost say that they are borderline rude. How hard is it to say Good Morning?? I would stay here again though.

The hotel and the staff is ok but the area around hotel is about noisy.

Do not book these apartments it’s advertised on many hotel sites when arrive don’t except booking .co OYO agoda complete waste of time and money travelling to this place . Then has the cheek to offer you room at double the booking sites rates a scam if you ask me !!

Old dated apartment. Air conditioner did not work, wifi dropped out every 2 to 3 minutes, karaoke club across the driveway, few eating places nearby and mostly catering for Thais with no English translation.
Check in was slow and I had to pay for the instant coffe that was on the table.

I booked this based on the write up and wasn't disappointed.
It's definitely not a 5 star hotel, but I knew I wasn't renting a 5 star hotel.
It has all the amenities you need and it's close enough to the downtown craziness of Pattaya.
The people were friendly and helpful, the rooms were quaint, some even have...well, let's say rustic kitchens.
The price was right and it was a good jumping off location to get out and do things.

해변이랑은 걸어서 20분거리구요 조용하고 스탭들도 친절했습니다.

For getting to beach, use baht bus! Clea, spacious, quiet....would stay anytime again!

Amenities and facilities are basic but the room is clean and comfortable. Not much aesthetics so do not expect a lot. Breakfast is a good hearty spread that is freshly prepared. Location is not bad but it is not near to the beach. It is about a 30mins walk or you can just hop onto the bus down. Service is good and friendly. No complaints and will come back :)

There is a nice restaurant just down the road from Aromdee at the mainroad if you get hungry! There is a small minimart beside too.

Pour quelqu'un qui connait bien la ville et qui a un véhicule, cela ne pose pas de problème. Mais pour quelqu'un qui va à Pattaya pour la première fois je déconseille.
Le parking de l'hôtel, si vous n'êtes pas à l'aise dans les manoeuvres ... privilégiez un autre hôtel.

I chose Aromdee apartments for its location. I was a bit skeptical as the area can be hit or miss.

Aromdee is a definite hit. I arrived in Pattaya at 7am and was really hoping to check in early, as I had just disembarked from a 13-hour bus journey. Much to my relief, I was able to check in at 8am, when the office opened. The rooms have a real personal touch, and a welcoming, homely feel. The shower was hot, and I really appreciated the fact that my room had a fan in it so that I wasn't forced to use the A/C.

Whoever owns the hotel has really taken the trouble to make it look nice - painted walls, nice potted plants, cute decor, pretty reception/coffee area, convenient laundry facilities. The staff are friendly and attentive, and always greet you with a smile. This hotel is a great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to others.

I plan to be in Pattaya regularly, and will definitely be staying at Aromdee again.

"Aromdee" means comfortable in Thai. Even in my mother-tongue Marathi the word for comfortable is "Aramdayee" . And Aromdee Apartments doesn't let you down on that aspect at all. This is a budget accommodation in the peaceful northern part of Pattaya, which is away from all the noisy bars and nightlife district, but one can easily reach the areas of action such as beach road or second road within 7-8 minutes in a Songthaw or Baht Bus (at 10 Bahts usually). The Motorcycle cabs would need negotiation, and would usually agree at 40-50 bahts for a trip to the Beach road, via the Dolphin Circle.

As to the apartments, the rooms are spacious and clean. They are well ventilated and mosquito free. Seldom have I seen such a well-appointed room in a budget accommodation . The rooms are Air-conditioned of course, with a small balcony that one can use to hang washed clothes to dry. ( Aromdee have, by the way, a bank of 3-4 coin-operated washing machines and a clothes dryer respectively available for 30 bahts and 10 bahts on the ground floor laundry area next to the stairwell. Detergent powder sachets are available at 10 bahts , and will clean a 6-7 kg washload with ease). As to the mini fridge and bar in the room, NEVER before have I seen such a well-stocked/ supplied hotel room. There are various hard and soft drinks, trail mixes and savouries, chips, chocolates, sweets, instant coffee etc. The tray basket on top of the fridge has practically everything from common medications to toiletries, tooth-brush, dental cream, floss, even condoms and a tube of personal lubricant. In short, you won't have to run around for any of the common things that a traveler requires. The prices are very reasonable too if you consume anything.The tray is checked daily and replenished. The rooms/ toilets too are cleaned and linen changed daily. The toilet is neat and functional with a hot water geyser. The Shower gel and Shampoo gel bottles and bars of handwash soap are provided daily. The bed is a king size double-bed with comfortable mattresses and sheets. There is a Television and coffee maker in the room . The room also comes with a small table and the wardrobe has lots of space to hang your clothes and store your belongings. An electronic safe too is provided in the room. Aromdee give you 3 bottles of 0.5 litres packaged drinking water free daily. You can of course buy additional water in the mini market beside the front office. Ozonized , treated drinking water can also be refilled at the coin-operated dispenser near the main gate of the property.

The rooms are available on short stay basis of a few days, as well as medium term and long term basis too and I found visitors/ occupants from diverse countries such as Sweden, Russia, India, Germany, Austria etc during my 4 day stay there.

The owner/ manager is one hell of a Norwegian guy by the name of Rune Sumstad Very friendly and ever eager to help. He speaks English very well. Even the front office staff is very friendly. The front office too has a few racks of practically everything that you might need. It is like a mini supermarket, and things are reasonably priced. One may enjoy sit-in breakfast of limited variety or order small quick meals like pizzas etc in the small dining area beside the front office/ mini market. But remember that this is not a restaurant and don't expect fancy service and waiters. Its more like a guest-house ensuring that their guests get a quick-fix breakfast , if they wish to.

Outside the office, Rune and his Thai business partner have a small sitting lounge in the common verandah. Small electronic tealight candles in glasses with comfortable chairs and small tables would put you at ease if you want to catch-up on a beer or a soft-drink/ coffee etc. A trail mix on the side, and Rune/ other friendly occupants to chat with. One really enjoys their holiday here. If you rent a motorcycle or a car during your stay here, parking is free in the compound. There is a small open-air gym too with basic training equipment and exercise machines.

The place is very safe and secure. There are security cameras also. You can find solo travelers, couples, families etc at Aromdee Apartments. For the adventurous males who typically come to Pattaya to enjoy the heady night-life and to let off some steam , if you find a companion elsewhere in the town and want to have a "joiner" in the room, Aromdee folks are perfectly OK with the same. They recommend that you keep a copy of his/her ID card to be absolutely safe. What you do in the room, provided your companion is of the legal age of consent, is none of their business provided it is mutually consensual. That said, there is nothing creepy that should alarm families as there is nothing unethical or immoral that goes around here. It is an accepted part of culture and life at a town like Pattaya. Aromdee do not impose their own moralistic view about such things . Drugs and underage sexual liaisons are however a STRICT NO-NO.

The North Pattaya bus Terminal from where you can catch a bus to Suvarnabhoomi Airport ( @ 230 Bahts) and other places is nearby and so is a Tesco Lotus Superstore. Most bus companies would let you book your ticket on the internet and arrange a small minivan to pick you up from Aromdee. One good company is Bell Bus Company.

I really enjoyed my stay here with Rune and his staff. Rune also has a cute little pet dog and a nice cat. Rune is a kind heated and loving, caring person. Will I go back to Aromdee ? You bet I will. In fact I am already looking forward to it , just a week after coming back to India, my country !!!

I and my friend stayed here just for a night but it was a good place to stay. It's close to Bus terminal and convenient store. Not far from Differ pub where I want to go. The owner I even forget to ask his name but he treated us so good. I recommend this place if you want to visit pattaya and I will stay there again for sure.
