Pros:

Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt im Konak Park Hotel in Trabzon (Yomra). Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich von der Empfangsdame begrüßt – sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade, das wir beim Einchecken erhalten haben – eine tolle Überraschung!

Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück wird täglich von 7:30 bis 10:00 Uhr serviert und bietet eine gute, frische Auswahl – alles war lecker und in angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen: Die Gegend ist lebhaft, mit vielen Einkaufszentren, Cafés und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung – ideal, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen oder einfach spontan etwas zu unternehmen.

Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Pros:

Hello everyone,
We stayed two nights. There was no cleaning while we were there, and you have to wait a long time for the elevator.
The power goes out constantly. The overhead fountain doesn't work while I'm showering in the bathroom.
Breakfast was okay, but there was no coffee to drink. When we asked for coffee, they told us it was Turkish coffee, it was an extra, and the price was 100 TL.
