I checked in here because it was relatively highly rated and inexpensive. Full disclosure: I only stayed a few hours because I had a late flight.
I found the room to be small (even by Da Nang standards) and somewhat dimly lit.
Having spent 6 weeks at other hotels in the My Khe beach area, this was the most disappointing.
I came for Danang Marathon. I came back to the same hotel becos it is nearer to the race venue. Simple, clean comfortable hotel. Some new eateries and shops nearby. Walking distance to beach.

다낭 3박 숙박지. 부대 시설은 특별한 것이 없지만 저렴한 숙박비에 근사한 조식까지 제공한다.
주변 미케비치가 가깝고 근처 베트남인이 운영하는 마사지숍도 좋아 비용 대비 가성비가 높아 추천.

Friendly and attentive staff, clean and well maintained rooms. Yummy breakfast.
Breakfast is until 10am. I was having my breakfast at 9am, the staff begun to keep all the food. I don't have a chance for second helping. When asked must I pay for entrance fee to Ba Na hill golden bridge, the manager told me it is FOC. but I had to pay 700,000 dong in order to get in. I am very disappointed with the poor service and poor knowledge. There are room to improve.

Great people, great room and the breakfast is fantastic. Wonderful French bakery nearby.
Room was in strong cigarette smell. I asked for room to change but was told full house and later provide freshener when i asked to clear the strong smell.
Didn't change away the horrible smell pillow although agreed to!

The hotel is a couple blocks from the beach and in a small area of concentration of hotels, restaurants and shops, so it's practical if you want to stay at the beach. It's a block off the major street which crosses the dragon bridge, so is as walkable to the center of Danang as you can get at the beach, if you're willing to walk that distance. The staff of the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good and the staff prepares eggs and coffee to order. Otherwise, the place functional but nothing fancy. The street-type restaurants across the street are really quite good, and there are some nicer traditional restaurants within a couple blocks - excellent fresh seafood everywhere.
The one problem I had was with the wifi/internet, which never was great but the connection was entirely lost over the last day there. I asked about it at the front desk but the person there didn't understand English adequately so I gave up. Not sure if the problem was in the hotel or with the ISP, because the signal was often strong but there was no internet available; other times the routers weren't even visible.
Stuffs were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and complimentary massage was nice!
