No hot water in our bathroom. No transport in the area, so basically stuck at the hotel. The room itself was quite nice, and the view from the balcony was great. The thermal hot springs were enjoyable. Staff tried hard and were friendly.

Only stayed 1 night, but booked 7 nights.No other guests, lots of rooms around the property just left falling apart. Our room was o, bed was ok. But the extra bed was hopeless,lousy mattress.TV did not work, bathroom is in seperate need of repair or better renovation.There is no transport available to do day trips. You are truly stuck in nowhere Land.We can not recommend this hotel to anyone....sorry. the only nice thing was the hot spring tubs. They get guest every day to use hot Springs for 40000 Ruphia that's how they keep the head above the water

It is a beautiful property with hot springs and beautiful surrounding. Rooms are spacious but do need some touch up. In general nice place.

How lovely the view from the room! Absolutely peaceful at night, a few meters to your private hot springs, and the option of overnight bathing.

The staff spare no trouble to help you enjoy your stay, including meals to order.

温泉は鉄分、硫黄分の入った泉質かと思われます。温めの湯に浸かっても、出たあとは温かさが続いて気持ちが良いですよ!
宿泊施設もあり、晴れた夜には満天の星が見られます。
スタッフさんも、フレンドリーで、日本人の温泉好きを理解してくれます。是非一度足を運んてください。
大きなブールも有ります。

Very ran down. Pool very old and not pleasant to swim in. Hot springs were unpleasantly hot.

いつも月に何回か利用させてもらっています。温泉にプール!乾季には最高です。スタッフさんとも友達になり、楽しく過ごさせて頂いてます。夜温泉に行く道道見る星空私の隠れ家エパナスのそれは、満点の星空。東京では絶対見られない澄んだ空です。

The hot spring were marvelous! The food was well presented and at very reasonable cost. The location is beautiful

初日の到着が遅く夕食が食べられなかった！WiFiが繋がらないと言う想定外wはありましたが、それ以上に快適な滞在でした。次の休暇でもまた利用したいです。

温泉はいつも素晴らしい。スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーで、とても良いが、宿泊施設内にWi-Fiがあるといいと思った。

相変わらず、良い温泉でした。スタッフとも、自然に挨拶を交わす中になりました。ただ、部屋にWi-Fiがあると、より良いですね!

温泉宿泊施設の少ない中、プライベートバスのある所は、プールもついて建物は古いですが、眺望は見事です。スタッフもフレンドリーで、にこやかに迎えてくれます。日本人がいかに温泉好きなのかを理解してくれています。ただ宿泊できる部屋が4部屋と少ないですが、地元の方は、熱いお湯に浸かる習慣がないため、私達夫婦の隠れ家的存在になっています。これから雨季本番なので、いらっしゃるなら4月以降の乾季が宜しいかと思います。露天風呂感覚で、雨のときには、傘を指して入ることになります。とりあえず、気持ちが良く、疲れが取れますよ!

スタッフ教育が今一つですが、温泉は、最高でした。

宿泊者には、最初に大きなパライベートバスに1時間はいれ、私たち夫婦は、ロッジの下にある少し小さめのプライベートバスには、24時間利用可能なところを指定されました。ただ、指定されましたところに入ろうとしたらくださいなんと空、そうです、清掃中でした。でも、すぐに清掃も終わり、私たち夫婦は一番風呂を頂きました。とっても気持ちよく、温度は下のほうが高かったと思います。夕飯は、レストランがあるので、そこでいただく事はもちろんできますが、
私たちはいつも、ルームサービスをお願いしています。とにかくバリの方は、熱いお湯というので入浴するという習慣がないのでか皆さん大きなプール多分温泉だと思いますが、底を利用されています。とにかくHotels.comさんの会員登録を皆さんされれば、お安く、宿泊でき、温泉の効能で、よく眠れます。ちなみに、私は、極度の不眠症ですが、エ　パナスに宿泊すると、よく眠れます。一度是非行ってみていただきたいおすすめの温泉です。日帰り入浴も可能です。

Small hotel with fabulous swimming pool and natural hot spas. Was very luxurious when built. Now somewhat run down, is used as public swimming pool for locals. Beautiful setting. Small restaurant where you can buy simple meals. Friendly, helpful staff. We loved it.

Nooit heen gaan. We begonnen met eten toen we aankwamen, eieren waren verrot. Toen we dat zeiden, kregen we geen nieuwe maar rekenden ons wel 11% servicekosten. Airco was kapot, gaven dat aan en moesten het maar uitzetten! geen warm water om te douchen, grote kakkerlakken in de badkamer, douchegordijn vol schimmel, grote mieren in de kamer. Het zwembad wordt door de locals gebruikt om te wassen. Konden de bodem nauwelijks zien, net zoals de hotspring. En dat voor meer dan 30 euro per nacht!! Waardeloos hotel en voelen ons echt bestolen! Really really terrible hotel to go to!!! Please dont!!!!!!!!!!

Hôtel pas facile à trouver, situé dans un coin un peu perdu mais tranquille et relaxant, au mileu de la nature.
Sans commodité autour, prévoir de l'argent liquide car ne prennent pas la carte bancaire. Pas d'internet.
Accueil souriant et sympathique.
La chambre est grande avec une très belle terrasse vue imprenable sur la vallée et la piscine de l'hôtel. Chambre propre et joliment décorée.
2 lits séparés (avec moustiquaire) à la place d'un grand lit dans notre chambre, ce n'est pas grave pour une seule nuit et possibilité d'un autre bungallow avec 1 grand lit.
L'accès illimité aux petits bassins privés de sources d'eau chaude ferrugineuse est très appréciable et agréable.
La piscine à débordement est tempérée.
La restauration, à un prix très abordable, est excellente et possibilité de manger à toute heure.
Personnel discret et agréable. Ils nous ont trouvé un transport (une personne de l'hôtel) pour nous emmener au temple Batukaru (environ 20 mn de voiture) et pour aller à notre prochaine destination qui était à Pemuteran à environ 4 h de l'hôtel avec quelques arrêts pour contempler les rizières et visite au temple bouddhiste (Merci à notre chauffeur et sa femme présente, très sympathiques).
Le seul petit bémol était de ne pas pouvoir arrêter la ventilation de la clim la nuit qui fait un petit ronron permanent dans la chambre.
Très bon et bel hôtel.
