Room with a marvellous view!!
Pros:

My large corner suite high up with fantastic views to the Mekong, the countryside and the city. Big good breakfast and kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast only until 10 am

While a few minor complaints, with the excellent staff and perfect views of the Mekong, we would happily stay here again
Pros:

Excellently trained staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Beautifully maintained entrance and clean.
We loved the huge window in our room with sweeping views of the Mekong.

Cons:

The rooms, though spacious and well laid out, are a bit plain and starting to feel dated. Also, the entire hotel had hard surfaces. Sounds echo everywhere and all doors close with a bang. The air conditioning in our room was either on frigid or off. No temperature setting possible. And our bathroom sink was missing the stopper.

La chambre était spacieuse, mais plutôt vieillotte.

Le personnel est irréprochable, 10/10, aussi bien à l’accueil que pour le service tout au long du séjour.

Le petit-déjeuner est correct : un buffet simple, sans être exceptionnel, mais cohérent avec la prestation, même si le prix de la chambre reste élevé pour le Laos

Cons:

Le vrai point négatif reste l’insonorisation : elle est quasiment inexistante, nous entendions les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre, ce qui a fortement impacté notre confort.

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé le personnel très charmant, très serviable et très poli. L’ambiance est donc très bonne. Le restaurant et son personnel ainsi que l’orquestre feront partie de souvenir merveilleur et inoubliable juste à coté du fleuve Mékon. Grand merci pour sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité pour Miss Kwan 😍

Pros:

We had a wonderful Christmas at Champasak Grand Hotel.
All the staff, facilities, and food and drinks are of very high quality, and best of all, the view from the room is exceptional.
We would love to stay here again.

Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Pakse.
Pros:

Mittelklassehotel, ganz ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Pakse. Frühstück ist auch gut. Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war gut.

Cons:

Insgesamt etwas in die Tage gekommen. Viel Renovierungsbedarf. Frühstücksraum mit dem Charme einer Kantine. W-LAn sehr schwankend. Poolbereich eher nicht ansprechend, Wasser trübe.
