המלון נמצא קרוב להכול ברובע העתיק. כשהגענו קיבלו אותנו בברכה ובזרועות פתוחות דאגו לכך שנרגיש הכי בנוח שאפשר. המלון מעוצב בצורה מודרנית ומושקעת.
חדר עצמו מרווח, נקי ומסודר. במלון בר שנמצא בגג עם קוקטליים ממש טעימים.
הצוות מאוד שירותי, עזרו בהכול, סייעו לנו למצוא מקום להמרת כספים, המליצו על מקומות לאכול ולבקר ובקיצור מדהימים!
כמו כן במלון מקפידים על מחזור ושמירה על הסביבה שזה נחמד.

מומלץ בחום למי שמחפש נחיתה רכה בהאנוי.

במהלך היום שמנו לב שעולה מעט ריח של ביוב מהשירותים.
בנוסף, לא התחברנו לארוחת בוקר, הרגשנו שהיא יחסית דלילה, אבל זה לתחושתנו ובסוף הצלחנו למצוא את עצמנו.

Gem of a hotel in the old quarter, old world style with a modern take.
Pros:

What an amazing way to finish our holiday in Vietnam at this beautiful modern take on a classic 'old world' architecture and design situated right in the middle of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. All aspects of the stay exceeded our expectations and special thanks to Lyn at Front Desk who always helped us with any questions.

Lovely hotel excellent service
Pros:

Hotel is well positioned the restaurant is excellent the staff and service is first rate. Had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was very good no complaints I would stay here again without question.

Cons:

Hotel doesn’t have a pool as there is nowhere to put one but as Hanoi is very hot and humid it would have been nice to cool off.

When I come back to Hanoi, I know where I will be staying.
Pros:

Couldn’t think of a better location. The Hotel and its staff are fantastic. Clean, luxurious and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect in every way!
Pros:

The location, the rooms, the food, the staff...everything was perfect! Quan is truly amazing - he helped coordinate things for my son's birthday and helped us with getting to a hospital when he had an allergic reaction. The service all the way around was impeccable. This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, all things considered, out of almost 40 countries - couldn't have asked for anything better.
