Amazing staff with 24/7 front desk support, room cleaned thoroughly each day, strong AC with spacious lobby, great breakfast, close to everything but tucked away on a safe, quiet street.
This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location, with endless eating and shopping options. Lots of places to walk around and very easy access to transportation options. The staff was extremely friendly, the spa service was immaculate and our room was absolutely amazing. The room was just as described, so beautiful and comfy. The host Limh Pham was soo helpful and kind. She even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat, drink and sight see. It made our trip soo much easier with all of her help. We definitely recommend this place you want to visit hanoi's old quarter.

My experience was stellar! The rooms are super comfy and beautifully decorated. The restaurant and rooftop offer a great variety of delicious food and drinks. The view from the rooftop is stunning. The best part was the staff, always friendly and smiling. If you want to have a great experience in Ha Noi, book this hotel with no hesitation.
We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be - the staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We enjoyed visiting the spa multiple times, as well as the roof deck where the food and the views were unparalleled. They helped with arranging transportation for us to the airport and even grabbed us coffees to go when our flight times changed and we had to leave immediately (Thank you Quan!). Definitely one of our favorite stays in Vietnam.
Rooms are well decorated with contemporary cosy design.
However there were few issues with the shower door being tight and the door to the balcony was ? permanently locked.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast at cloud 9 was of great variety and tasty.
I personally don't like black bathroom tiles.

Clean, staff friendly, room was ok but the lobby has one couch yet big open space so it's not inviting to sit in and if people are there before you there is nowhere t wait. It's classy looking but uninviting. Breakfast room is lovely though.
Paid for 3,2m for a trip to CatBa car broke down we had to walk 300m in the 35 degree humidity carrying all our luggage to be able to find another car. We were expecting a better car for the price we paid .

The location is excellent for a visit to the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful and super attentive. We booked a junior suite, which is a little misleading for a room basically big enough for a king-sized bed and no separate bathroom, but, size aside, the room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was varied and ample. Everything worked and we would certainly stay there again.

Excellent location for visiting the old quarter. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make the stay perfect. Quan greeted us and offered a room upgrade and was extremely helpful at all times.
