Hotel visuellement très agréable. La suite Hydro un peu décevante pour toutes les remarques citées plus haut.
Pros:

Tout ce qui est nourriture et literie très bien

Cons:

Manque total d’explication dans la chambre. Par exemple la télévision, pas de notice comment l’utiliser le jacuzzi inaccessible pour des gens et ayant des difficultés physiques manque un petit marchepied et des poignées pour pouvoir se relever du jacuzzi et un manque total de mode d’emploi assez grand au niveau des lettres pour des gens qui ont des difficultés au niveau vision.

In het restaurant was alles heerlijk met goed en erg vriendelijk en kundig personeel

Das Hotel ist super und es gibt ein super Frühstück, typisch Van der Falk

Unkompetente Rezeption , schlechtes Englisch , wenig Erklärung , alles nur auf Englisch im Hotel . Nichts in Deutsch , es ist doch Europa

Mooie plek maar had meer van het hotel verwacht.

locatie dichtbij centrum Bergen

Cons:

Prijs/kwaliteit diner in restaurant, behoorlijk prijzig en matig qua smaak, ambiance, opmaak en vriendelijkheid personeel.
Ook de kamer viel tegen ivm een zeer penetrante rioollucht maar na klacht konden we direct in een vergelijkbare andere kamer die wel fris was dus dat was fijn. Jammer alleen dat wij dit zelf moesten ondervinden want dat moet de schoonmaak ook geroken hebben.
Zwembad was dicht ivm onderhoud maar dat hadden we achteraf gezien kunnen weten.

Hotel sehr zentral, Zimmer gross, alles tiptop
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr gross, die Matratzen perfekt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht eingenommen.

La grandeur de la chambre ..le lit très confortable.

Cons:

Nous sommes venus en couple la dernière semaine d'août en partie pour la présence du spa et piscine....on m'annonce à notre arrivée que les 2 sont en réfection.....le fait de ne pas avoir été prévenu et sans geste commercial non plus....je n'ai pas apprécié ...je n'y retournerai pas
