The setup,the rooms,the cleanliness and thr staff. Close walkable distance to main townand road where are are many restaurants and bars

Cons:

There is no access to the beach area except through rocks. The breakfast was not good. Very limited and they didnt refill often..coffee machine only had 2 options and both without millk.

Over priced.
Pros:

Beautiful room with stunning view.

Cons:

Cooker in room but after I arrived they told me the cooker wasn’t ready for cooking on.
The fitness centre was a joke. Only 2 machines working out of 6. Not maintained at all

Pekné, čiste vilky blízko mora.

Cons:

Vybavenie - chýbali praktické veci ako držiaky na uteráky v kúpeľni, nebol tam ani jeden, svetlo a zástrčky v blízkosti zrkadla v kúpeľni, protišmykové podložky na zemi v kúpeľni, museli sme na zem klásť malé uteráky na ruky, aby sme z kúpeľne do izby vošli suchou nohou a nesmykli sa.

Perfecte plek !
Pros:

Mooie plek, wij hadden uitzicht op zee , kamer boven met groot balkon , grote badkamer en eigen zwembad er naast.

Prijs/ kwaliteit perfect!

Cons:

Geen licht boven spiegel op badkamer.

De hoofdstraat liep achter onze kamer en bij Cafe Red Cat was de muziek tot 02.00 uur hard hoorbaar!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, mit tollen Bäumen und Bungalows die zu dem Stil passen. Kein riesen Komplex wie andere Hotels am white sand beach. Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es gibt keinen Sandstrand direkt am Hotel, sondern Steine. Jedoch wird aktuell ein neuer Poolbereich gebaut, bei dem man leichter in das Meer kommt, als über die rostige Leiter.

Cons:

Zugang zum Meer und die Zimmer könnten sauberer geputzt sein, oft noch überall Haare...

Pros:

My second stay at Koh Chang Grand View Resort and I'll come back again another time for sure. Highly recommended!
- clean rooms with everything you need (electric kettle, hair dryer, umbrella, flat screen tv, desk etc.)
- spacious shower with high water pressure & very hot water
- a comfortable soft bed
- balcony or terrace to enjoy the stunning ocean view sunsets
- discreet entrance if you decide to bring some guests from nearby entertainment venues
- friendly and helpful hotel staff
- Driveway to the hotel is impossible to miss with your scooter because of the huge hotel sign. :)
- Nearby construction work was pretty quiet and didn't affect my sleep that much.

Cons:

Access to the ocean can be a bit tricky for small children and old people. Just an old rusty stairway available for now - upgrade is in progress right now!
