Большой номер, очень хорошая мебель, все чисто. На ресепшен прекрасные сотрудники. Номер убирали, хотя я была всего 2 ночи

Cons:

Тек душ. Не стала говорить, тк времени было мало и я не хотела заморачиваться

IF we are even lucky enough to get back to Yerevan, we will stay here again

We liked everything. Old school elegance throughout - the lifts were quick and quiet, the rooms were amazing; realy big - I managed to increase my daily step count just walking to the bed from the door! Staff were excellent - Artur at recemption was very helpful, and the other gentleman whose name i didnt catch, but who carried our bags to the room, were genuinly friendly - he even came and said good bye to us as he finished for the day. First rate

Nothing. Even the breakfast was fine - they even had bacon, which was the first time we had seen bacon at a breakfast inArmenia

Месторасположение прекрасное. В тихом месте недалеко от центра. Доехать можно без пробок, а пешком до района Конд минуты 3. До площади республики неспешно минут 20. Вообще все близко. Персонал пытался помочь от души. Хорошие полотенца

Номер нам дали убитый и прямо напротив столовой на 2 этаже. Было шумно. Кто вообще располагает номера напротив столовой?
Ковролин не пропылесошенный, с вековыми пятнами. Большая кровать - это 2 односпальных сдвинутых вместе. Посередине между ними проложена жесткая разделительная полоса. Матрасы каменные. В ванной течет душ, дверцы старые и не закрываются, вода течет на пол и далее в комнату, из-за этого сгнили наличники на дверях. Комната в удручающем состоянии.
Завтрак был откровенно невкусным и очень скудным.
Мы прилетели поздно и в 3 часа ночи идти на ресепшн искать другой номер не был ни сил, ни желания.
Я не вернусь в этот отель

Pros:

Все было в целом хорошо, очень приветливый и заботливый персонал, хороший завтрак, чистый номер.
Разные по мягкости подушки, я не могу спать на жёстких, поэтому мне важно было.

Cons:

Матрац жёсткий, сантехника немного уставшая, все работает, но для 4* этого мало.
И главный недостаток - плохой кофе на завтрак. Завтрак без хорошей чашки кофе, каким бы он вкусным ни был, уже не тот, как по мне. Лучше заменить кофемашину.

В номере чисто. Были халаты.

Cons:

На 4* не тянет. Номера маленькие. Напротив ресторан , было очень шумно. Выходишь на окраину до каскада минут 40 пешком
