very nice and friendly receptionist helpful and communicative , all staff is good , . I did not have time to explore the spa area . I enjoyed the stay , large room , very comfortable . Quiet and although not in main center town , easy to access .

W miarę cicho, duży pokój

Cons:

lokalizacja - trudno znaleźć za pierwszym razem, później jest już OK, ale otoczenie jest jakie jest.
Niestety musiałem być w Yerevaniu w tym samym terminie co COP17 więc hotele podniosły ceny średnio 3..4 razy.

Nous avons passé un superbe moment à 2 avec mon conjoint. L’accueil était vraiment top. Merci encore

Le spa était super et la chambre très spacieuse. Également, le petit-déjeuner était top !

Cons:

La décoration est un peu démodée mais ce n’est pas très grave car le service reste au rendez-vous.
