The room is spacious and some of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower cabin leaks so badly that after every shower several towels have to be placed on the floor to soak up the water before anyone can enter the bathroom. This has clearly been going on for a long time, as the door threshold has rotted from the water, so it’s impossible that this issue is unknown. The bathroom door cannot be closed properly.
At breakfast, the coffee machine was not working.
It was very noisy at night.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms, good daily cleaning, good breakfasts with various options

Cons:

We booked a "deluxe" room hoping that it could give us a bit more comfort, but it was a mistake. We arrived at night and realized that there's no fridge in the room: administrator didn't know about it. During our stay we didn't get a fridge, a room replacement, or even an apology.
Second - the shower in the room was broken, if you switch to the "tropic" shower, it just pours water on sides, without any way to use it.
Third - we booked in a month and requested a double bed, and we even got a confirmation, but when we came, there were only 2 separate beds in the room.
There was a problem with drinks at all breakfasts - either there were no cups or glasses, or the drinks simply ran out.
Finishing all of this with the the fact that the rooms don't have drinking water or teapot in rooms. Yes, it wasn't listed, but it's strange for 4 stars.

In general, some staff works really great - food is pretty good and cleaning is great.
But I wouldn't come back here.
