We stayed in a Suite room, which I highly recommend. It was very spacious and having two bathrooms was extremely convenient. The hotel was clean, and the private sauna was excellent. It needs to be booked in advance as it is for private use, and you can use it until 11 p.m., which is great.
The slim young man who often worked the night shift at reception was kind and efficient, and the older gentleman was also very kind. The tall young man, however, still has a lot to learn when it comes to hospitality and customer service.
The internet connection was stable, and I was able to work online and attend meetings without any problems.
The breakfast was good, but it starts incredibly late, at 8:30 a.m., which is very inconvenient for tourists. I would strongly recommend changing the breakfast hours and starting at 6:30 or 7:00 a.m., as is the case in the vast majority of hotels.
The location is quiet, but you need to take a taxi to reach the main tourist attractions.
Good place to stay, calm, good comfortable beds.
Nice hotel with classic design. We had the suite room which is large with big sofa & decent bed. Good Bkfst with variety. Not much around hotel but within 15-20 minutes walk of shopping streets & food places. Free parking onsite. Good dependable wifi.
Smaller bathroom. Restaurant was working for events only during our stay.

Breakfast needs improvement
I stayed at this hotel last week and had a lovely experience. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast iwas fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

К сожалению вид на Арарат только на верхних этажах и не во всех номерах . Хамам похоже давно сломан судя по отзывам . Но сауна работала и это отличное место для отдыха 👍
Quite and nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, breakfast is not big but basic meals are there. You can easily walk to the city center. Fresh water and good view.

Breakfast was good. Freah and delicious.
The elevator was not functioning properly, and I was stuck inside for approximately five minutes. Both the alarm and intercom buttons were also not working. I eventually had to push the door open myself so I could safely exit the elevator cabin.
