Good location near city center. Close to food and convenient store

Booked a family room deluxe for 4 pax. TV channels can’t scan although the staff came to check it.

As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond can’t adjust the swing too.

And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. It’s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy.

Room and toilet is clean. Fair for the price. Only things is when breakfast, we still saw a lipstick mark on a cup.

Close to main road, if possible need lift, so if elderly or you carry heavy luggage, help you going upstairs comfortably

There have restaurant,saloon,convenient shop at the same roll with hotel.

Quite area and easy to find parking.Nearby got supermart & restaurant. Got cctv on certain area inside/outside hotel.
Duvet in my room was found with stains on it. Cleanliness of bed sheets need to be improved.

New and clean hotel room with resonable price. Its location is slightly away from heavy traffic and with quite environment.

The room was very disappointing. The room was small, cramped and not suited for four people. There was no window and so it felt very claustrophobic. The staff were non-existent. The towels were not changed once during the stay and the beds were not made once either. Will not suggest to anybody travelling without car as the hotel is isolated.

The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable. The service provided also good. They also provide additional services such as karaoke room. If possible, add on lift, so that it is easier for elderly to go to level 2.

everything is good, however if you wish the hotel staff clean up your room, you need to leave your key card at a designated area, if not you room will left as it it.

Japanese style room too small for a couple with baby.
Overall service is ok.

It's great place, when your kids are grown up. The family room is spacious.

Pros : The room was clean and bright. Room is not stuffy with adequate ventilation.

Cons : The air conditioner was located directly above one of the single beds. This made the person sleeping on that bed feeling uncomfortable with the direct air conditioning.
No lift available for those who has difficulty climbing stairs. (Fortunately, staff was great to offer help in carrying heavy luggage to room)

Discovered the its a new Hotel, found that the room was quite small and the surroundings were a new development thus rather empty.
