Pros:

If you’re looking for a clean, reliable hotel near the Buc-ee’s in Florence, this is it! We stayed here with our dog, and I was genuinely impressed. Typically, pet-friendly rooms can feel a bit 'worn,' but our room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. A huge shoutout to Brenda at the night front desk—she made check-in a breeze and was incredibly polite, efficient, and friendly after a long day of travel. 10/10, I would highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling with (or without) pets!

Would stay there again without hesitation.
Pros:

Great staff. Outstanding breakfast. Good location off 95. No complaints.
Will return. However, the single item I noticed before arriving was the discrepancy in price from some 3rd parties popping up offering the same rooms at about $30.00 less for the same date. I want to continue building points with BW but that awareness
may become a factor is some cases.

The staff were great. The breakfast was good especially the lady preparing it. She was super pleasant and helpful.
Our only complaints the mattress in the room was way too hard for us. Didn’t get a good nights sleep because of that. All the shower was lacking that the faucet/shooter mechanism didn’t work well so there wasn’t much water flow out of the shower head.

Room contained basics, bed, chair, TV and desk. Internet access was easy. There is a travel plaza across street and a really nice restaurant about 3 miles away. Would recommend for short stays

The only complaint I have is all hotel rooms in the South need a dehumidifier when the AC is blaring. My floor was quite slippery if I had my sneakers on. Other than that, I would recommend this place.
