the staff was friendly
there were roaches in my room and the iron did not work (water put in it came out when trying to steam iron clothes). the breakfast was very minimal...the only thing hot was waffles and coffee

The hotel was in a convenient location. The included breakfast was decent. I was able to park next to the window to my room.
The room and hotel need some updating. The sink drain was closed and drained slowly. I couldn’t find a way to open it. The hair dryer had stuff on the cord. The room smelled damp.
The front desk personnel Tanisha was very warm, welcoming and courteous. She greeted us with a pleasant attitude and a beautiful smile. This my family and myself 1st time staying in Zachary. As we were in town to bury our loved one. She made our trip less complicated.

I loved the breakfast. This was not my first stay. The breakfast was a big factor in choosing to come back.

It’s easy to access.
The hallway smells musty, the room didn’t smell fresh, looks dingy, countertop had a piece broken off and was patched with duct tape, doors in the room really need some fresh paint and bathtub was gritty, didn’t look clean. Also had broken hardware.

Not much you can do with the noise level with people visiting with friends down the hall from one antother.
