Im not sure how if i cancel within 24 hours they can still take my money. I can't imagine how much money they make just if that alone. But it is what it is. Hotel was nice though

Great location
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of various food places. The outlets are super close and easy to get to. Rooms were clean and had plenty of charging ports for phones and electronics. Breakfast had changed since my last stay and didn’t offer as much as they did before. That was somewhat disappointing but overall it’s still a great place to stay.

It’s very clean. We thought it was a new constructed building, then we found out that it has been renovated this past January. There’s a modern flair to its deco & feel.

I did not like not having dressers or end tables to put away clothes . There was no laundry service , and that was very inconvenient. No signs to let the housekeeper know we were still in the room sleeping , and they were knocking on the door . There were nights we went to bed late & needed to have a sign stating occupied .

Not a good place to stay
Pros:

First of all, I got to the hotel and they said I cannot stay there because I live less 16 miles away which was a lot I live 33 miles away took her $25 deposit and that I don’t do that to everybody, which was not fair to me I will never stay there again.

Nice overnight stay on a roadtrip from NY to SC. Clean & Quiet. Great lighting in parking lot. Many chain restaurants nearby + a movie theater & outlet shops. Right off I-95.

Compared to the some other hotels we stayed, this was the best by far. The receptionists were courteous and welcoming. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. The room had just the right temperature without humid or being too cold. The light features under the plug outlets were such a thoughtful addition, especially families with kids. Room was spacious and extremely clean. If we were to travel to the area again, we would definitely choose Spark!
