Location ok
Nothing I was sent to the hotel next door because they were over booked. I was told I would be compensated by the night manager because the hotel we stayed at was cheaper and we were not.
My parents stayed in a room that did not match the handicapped discretion that was booked. Ages 84 and 85. One bed when u sat on it or moved sounded like a duck quacking.
Staff is nice, rooms are clean & good parking options
QUITE IN SPITE OF CONSTRUCTION
CLEAN
Everything was perfectly lovely! Spotlessly clean, inside and out. The Room was perfect, not a single complaint! I LOVED the Indirect Lighting behind the Headboard! It gave the perfect Nightlight.
The Staff was amazing! Lucinda was so friendly, professional, courteous and surprised us by graciously upgrading our room. I was so surprised and touched by her thoughtfulness and generosity.
We will certainly stay here again anytime we are in the area. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Best Western Plus and know you will love it too!

We had to return to check in. We were told the system was down. There was not a remote so I asked the front desk for one. The one we were given did not work.
Mold in walls
It was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was great. Only problem, the room was not ready at check-in time of 2pm. Had to wait an hour but that did not ruin our stay there.
The lobby and corridors are being renovated so they aren’t currently the best looking but the room was great. Bed was comfy, and the room was quiet and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Room was clean, but no hot water in the shower and the a/c unit was making loud noises and it was really loud at night.
Was overbooked. I need to make sure I wasn't charged.

When I checked in the lady that checked in, was so nice to me she’s very friendly. They’re going through a remodel and there were no numbers on the doors, but overall it was clean. They had the pool, which was perfect for the hot weather and they accommodated my small pet for a small fee
