Check-in was great and the young lady at the desk was accommodating.
We found the staff very helpful, the hotel very comfortable and clean. Breakfast ok. However the lack of provided usb stations to charge personal devices was disappointing.
Stayed there for my grandmother's funeral. My son's phone was stolen from the room along with his charger. I reported it to the front desk and was told that the cleaning lady had left for the day. We showed the lady at the front desk that the phone was pinging in Agua Prieta on Calle Ocho.... and she mad a call and told us that someone would call us back. Needless to say no one did and I was told today by a gentleman that answered "no one will call you back from here".... will have to file a police report but have to go back down there and do it in person. Will provide law enforcement will all of the information on the location that we have.
It was a great stay! The only complaint was that the room still seemed dark with all the lights on... other than that we had an amazing time here

Nice property
My husband fell on Monday in the walk-in shower - slipped on the slick floor because the tile is slick when coming out of the shower. He hurt his knee, back and shoulder. Had to use a walker for a couple of days. Please review taking precautions to address this issue.
Beware they have bed bugs! I stay here on 8/13 and I was awaken by bug bites on my arm. When I got up and turned on the light they were like 5-6 bugs crawling around. I called the front desk and they gave me another room but I was not comfortable after seeing all the bugs so I left. I called the next the hotel in the morning to talk to someone about it. The person who answered asked if I had photos and told me someone would be reaching out. It’s been a week and not one person has reached out. I will never stay here again.
