良かった。小さなホテルでしたが、受付も親切でした。部屋も古いながらも清潔でOK.　近くに観光名所がたくさんあり、超便利。ここはお勧めです。でも大きなブランドホテルに泊まりなれている人には不満かもしれませんが。

Worst experience, had check in and then left within 5 minutes because they don’t have common electric things there like sockets etc and other thing lobby was very massive congestive and smelly the receptionist was smoking and drinking, stairs having a very small space and no elevator to carry luggage for up portions

A nice location!

Stayed at the hotel Djem for three nights in the triple room in Dec 19 - 1 adult, 2 teenagers (13 & 15yo). The hotel is very well located in a small street off the Blue Mosque, very typical and quiet. The staff at the hotel is very nice, warm
And super welcoming. They gave us very good advices and were always super helpful. Room
was very clean and linen great. Will come back for sure, felt home, perfect size for this big city -) thanks a lot Hôtel Djem!!

Resepsiyonist Yıldırım bey işinin tam anlamıyla ehli, her anlamda en güzel şekilde yardımcı oldu, biz gezerken ikram olarak meyveden kuruyemiş tabağına kadar düşünüp odamıza bıraktı, bu elbette bu oteli temsilen yapılan bir iş olduğu için böyle kaliteli bir insanın çalıştığı otel de her anlamda kaliteliydi. Çok memnun kaldık bir daha geleceğiz inşallah.

Según conforme, céntrico, limpio y atención. Cerca de mezquitas, parques y restaurantes.

Next time I'm in Istanbul I will stay somewhere else.
My wife and me stayed for two nights in Djem hotel and weren't impressed. The room was a bit run down and the bed, despite a good size bed, wasn't very comfortable. Location is not bad as it is in the back part of the Blue mosque.
I have to say I've been to better hotels in Istanbul for similar prices.

Great location and room. Service from the staff, especially Yildrum (hppe I spelt that right) was exemplary. Room size was great and decor was very nice but a little dated, we liked it but won't be to everyones taste.

Really nice place to stay with kids. The location is unbeatable. The room is confortable and with the topical Persian carpets. My only complaint is with the breakfast, maybe could be nice to add more healthy and fresh food.

Absolut toppenläge nära Sultanahmet med "alla" sevärdheter inom fem minuters promenad. Familjärt med hjälpsam personal, rejält rum med stort badrum. Enkel men ok frukost, väldigt lugnt och tyst förutom att böneutroparen drog igång vid sextiden varje morgon.

Perfect location for sight seeing in istanbul. Literally 2min walk from all the main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend for anyone who's visiting and wants somewhere close to everything. Staff were more than happy to help us with transfers to the airport. The hotel provide a shuttle service. Also they let us leave our luggage there for the day as we had a night time flight.

Bra läge o rena rum men strulig service. De verkade inte ha beställt transfer till flygplatsen som vi betalat för. Det ordnade sig till slut.

Got a day room here during a 21 hour lay over. The hotel is located in Old Town section. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I can't thank them enough. The staff was very helpful in recommending places to see, a seafood restaurant to eat at and a spa to visit. When you don't have a lot of time to do research, recommendations become vital. The location was perfect to see multiple attractions. Location is everything when you have limited time. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I felt very safe in the neighborhood too.

Местоположение-огонь! В 2 минутах ходьбы от голубой мечети, просто выходишь из-за угла и вуаля, вы на главной площади!
Завтраки простые, но вкусные!
Номер уютный, везде чистенько, достаточно большой, кровать кингсайз) мальчикам на рецепшене огромное спасибо! Решают любые вопросы, очень доброжелательные! Говорят по-русски! В общем с удовольствие вернёмся в этот отель!

The location was excellent and staff very helpful. Only deterrent was an odour in the very clean bathroom!

Lo único bueno es la ubicacion

The hotel is small but the room we had was very comfortable, clean and quite just by the blue mosque wall.
The staff was very attentive, and although some did not speak english they were very gentle and helpful.
The hotel has a fabulous location at the sultanahmet square. Would recommend and would come back!!

The hotel is in close proximity to many historic destinations in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms are somewhat cozy. Front desk staff is great but housekeeping is absolutely terrible. The room was not cleaned until asked for and the staff rolled their eyes when requested. The same staff works in kitchen during breakfast and they are equally horrible there too. They don't understand English and have an attitude with guests. Breakfast choices never change. Internet connection was slow and did not work half the time. Hotel has potential but management needs to shape up. I have stayed at cheaper places with better service and amenities.
