my stay at Best Western chalmette Louisiana !
Pros:

I had a great experience starting with front desk through breakfast ! Cowarda was fantastic ! the food was prepared hot fresh and delicious ! the best i have ever had at a hotels similar with similar breakfast bars ! tasty and fees ‘ Cowanda was helpful professional friendly and courteous ! hotel was clean quite and comfortable ! thank you for having people employees like Cowanda and front desk clerks !

Hotel is good but not the night people.
Cons:

I had to wait 17 minutes before anyone showed up at the desk to check me in. I rang the bell a few times and even called the hotel 3 times and didn’t get an answer. When she did show up she told me she had to go take care of “this man” before I could be checked in. I had a tired baby with me which made it even worse.

Pros:

My experience at the Best Western of Chalmette was better than expected. Upon walking in the atmosphere was delightful, everything was so clean and tidy. Front desk was polite and very helpful for any concerns i had. I definitely plan on booking again for my next trip soon.

Pros:

Really good experience. GM there was nice and made sure we knew if we needed anything it would be taken care of. Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

Do not book with this company. I bought this hotel for my son. He is 21. He goes to check in and the hotel says he can’t check in without MY card even tho he had his own. I told customer service here that they couldn’t check in as I’m all the way in Texas and my son is in New Orleans. I had to buy another hotel and this company did not refund me! I’m pissed I’m out 300 bucks.

The property was good

Cons:

The housekeeping didn’t sanitize/clean room thoroughly. The beds looked like they were changed, hopefully, but none of the pillows were placed on the bed they were in the chair. The window shade had stains. Tried to change rooms but while the lady at the front desk was nice she was more worried about being her phone. She told there were no other rooms available. I told her we didn’t want to assume the pillows were clean and asked for new ones so she went to the laundry room for about 10 minutes to bring me 2 pillows for 3 people. Told her we would definitely need more since there are three of us with 2 beds(there are usually 4 pillows per bed), she then ask if I would bring the pillows down to her at the front desk instead of someone coming to the room to get them and bringing us more pillows. She did apologize for the inconvenience, she said she called her manager about the situation and told me I would be getting a call from her on Monday but never heard from anyone. Then, while washing my hands in the bathroom sink I noticed it wasn’t clean so I had to sanitize the sink myself. When booking the room it said an excellent continental breakfast but the breakfast was just mediocre.
