The property was CLEAN and well kept.

Very clean. Breakfast was the best we’ve.had. REAL eggs (not the facsimile that other hotels serve), real ham, real plates and utensils (not paper or plastic), dishes always full and attendant asking if we needed anything. Pleasant staff, great facility. Only issue was we asked for a room in the back away from the highway and she pleasantly said there are ear plugs in the room. The parking lot was almost empty.

As a Diamond member of the BW rewards program, I stay at many BW properties. This is definitely one of the best. Building and room were clean, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was top notch, including real plates and silverware.
The Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel in Ballard is the nicest classiest Best Western in which we have ever stayed. The check in clerk, Barb, upgraded our room to a king suite with a kitchenette. It was basically a full kitchen! Barb also gave us a gift bag with cookies, water bottles, and other treats since we are Best Western Diamond Members.
The towels were the softest and very large, which is one way we evaluate and rate our hotels.
The breakfast was phenomenal!!! Full hot breakfast with numerous choices and 'to go' items with 'to go' containers. The best part of the dining room was the real dishes, utensils, and a children's play area.
We stay at Best Western hotels whenever we are able because of the high quality and excellent service. This was the Best of them all!!!

The room was nice!
The road noise is absolutely crazy. Need to put the kitchen nets on the back side. So the noise isn't so bad to those who pay a little more. The construction workers all had the backside rooms taken,, i get that they get to be treated fairly too. But if somebody's paying way more money than just the construction workers, then they should have a better room.Area in the back away from the noise too

Exceptional hotel. This is second time to stay here. Was impressed first time and even more impressed this time. Staff is well trained and courteous.
I’d arrived exhausted late Monday night and the front staff was prompt and friendly and gave a run down of the breakfast schedule, laundry, 24 hour pool and gym. I was there through Thursday evening and each person on staff that I’d encountered was pleasant and helpful!
Great hotel, clean and well taken care of. Great customer service, comfy beds, decent breakfast and nice workout room.
I love this Best Western. Barb always goes above and beyond for guests. Try to go for an upper floor rear-facing room for amazing views. Always a pleasure to stay here!

The hospitality, the customer service and the respect that I receive from all the employees at the Best Western plus landmark is phenomenal. They take pride and all their rooms in their service and all other areas in their hotel. I want to send a huge shout out to the front staff for helping me during my visits to Utah.
