I love this Best Western. Barb always goes above and beyond for guests. Try to go for an upper floor rear-facing room for amazing views. Always a pleasure to stay here!

I always stay at the Best Western no matter where I travel. I am a reward member and have been for many years. The hospitality, the customer service and the respect that I receive from all the employees at the Best Western plus landmark is phenomenal. They take pride and all their rooms in their service and all other areas in their hotel. I want to send a huge shout out to the front staff for helping me during my visits to Utah. I will always stay at Best Western plus in landmark for my business trips In Utah. Thank you for such a wonderful and amazing experience. You folks are truly the best.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for work for about 10 years and the facilities have remained in good condition over that time. I’d say that this is one if the nicer and best maintained Beat Western hotels that I have stayed in.

I also appreciate the breakfast offered. The breakfast staff are very friendly and make an obvious effort to ensure that quality items are available. The breakfast area seems to be well kept and the features are usually in working condition.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas despite the frequent inclement weather. The fitness center equipment suits me well also. I look forward to returning to the comfort of the hotel after a long day at work.

Very comfortable. Very clean. LOVED the breakfast. There were a lot of different options and it was different each day of our stay. Plenty for the while family and actual real food. The pet room was well maintained and clean. Will say here again.

My family and I stayed here for about three days over Christmas because we hosted a small Christmas gathering at the hotel. When we checked out, we made sure to clean up our mess and pack all of our belongings before heading home.

Shortly after leaving, we received a call from the hotel accusing us of stealing one of their paintings. This was extremely surprising and upsetting. We did not take any artwork or property from the hotel, and we would never do something like that. My parents did not raise us that way, and we had no reason to take anything—especially after staying multiple days and paying for our rooms.

We were also required to change rooms during our stay because our original room had already been booked after Christmas, which added inconvenience to the trip.

What’s disappointing is that one of the staff members had previously asked me to leave a review, and I was originally planning to give this place 4 stars. However, being falsely accused after doing our best to leave the room clean completely changed our experience and how we felt as guests.

Because of this, I’m rating this stay 2 stars.

Very friendly staff, nice big clean rooms, safe and clean area. This will be my choice of hotel when I come back in a couple of weeks.

I always choose BW Plus Landmark Hotel when traveling in the area. It is clean, comfortable and the service is exceptional. Their free breakfast is delicious and offers something for everyone. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very pleasant. The reception staff was excellent as was housekeeping. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will return on revisiting this area
