Poor service no invoice…there was no sign that we booked a room they look for a room while we wait 30 minutes… am hurt

They didn’t want to give invoice….they took cash and not give receipt for the cash they took ….they made us stay without toilet papers…I went to security to ask for toilet papers …two days they didn’t clean the rooms ….i had to beg them to clean the room …even today I don’t have invoice
