Ok, wir hatten aber schon deutlich bessere Hotels in dieser Preiskategorie (Service, Ausstattung)
Pros:

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Lage des Hotels zum See und zur Innenstadthin, gut Anbindung an die Öffis. Die Einrichtung des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll.

Cons:

Es gab keine Brötchen, stattdessen drängten sich die Gäste um einen Tisch um sich Brot zu schneiden. Es gab keine Kafeekannen an den Tischen, man musste oft auf seine bestellte Tasse Kaffee warten, dreimal wurde sie sogar vergessen. Die Auswahl war für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie enttäuschend!!!!!! Es gab von der Tiefgarge auf weder einen Aufzug noch einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Die Klimaanlage war insgesamt zu kalt eingestellt und ließ sich nicht auf Warm einstellen, die Toilette war schief angebracht so das man schief darauf saß. Nichts für Menschen mit Wirbelsäulen- und Hüftproblemen. Der Service in der Sky Bar war sehr chaotisch, das Essen aus der Küche kam nicht heiß oben an. Ich empfehle dort höchstens ein Getränk auf dem Balkon einzunehmen um die Aussicht zu genießen.Leider wird man komplett vom Rauch der offenen Feuerstelle eingeräuchert. Über Sport-Spa-Kursangbeote wurde man nciht informiert. Die Beschilderung im Spa ist für nicht franzöischsprechende Gäste unzureichend. Auch war der Spa Bereich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie noch ausbaufähig.

Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und wurde herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist zudem sehr zentral, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Frauensauna, die ich sehr geschätzt habe. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich auch, wie bemüht das Team war, die Kommunikation zu erleichtern. Obwohl ich kein Französisch spreche, haben sie sich große Mühe gegeben, jemanden zu finden, der Spanisch oder Italienisch spricht, damit ich mich gut verständigen konnte.

Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr positiver Aufenthalt – ich habe mich bestens betreut gefühlt und kann diesen Ort nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Parfait!
Pros:

Tout était parfait. L’hôtel est magnifique, élégant et très confortable. Ce qui nous a particulièrement marqués, c’est le service impeccable : le personnel est extrêmement attentif et professionnel. Le restaurant Brasserie offre une expérience gastronomique à ne pas manquer, et le petit-déjeuner est absolument merveilleux.

Tolle Lage, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück war wirklich top !

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich ist eher klein und er war sehr voll. Die Rezeption ist sehr eng. Man hatte kaum Platz am Tresen und der Datenschutz konnte nicht eingehalten werden.
