Von einem 5* Hotel zu diesem Preis sollte man mehr erwarten können
Pros:

Die Bedienung an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Service ist schlecht und unmotiviert. Da wird man nicht bedient oder einfach vergessen, auch nach nachfragen.
Es gibt eine Bar, doch diese schliesst um 24 Uhr, auch am Wochenende.
Der Teppich im Zimmer ist abgewetzt und vor allem schmutzig.
Die Fenster im obersten Stock sind nur kippbar aber nicht zu öffnen.
Es gab weitere Mängel, die ich dem Hotel in einem freundliche Mail geschrieben habe, eine Antwort habe ich keine bekommen.

Pros:

L’implication du personnel dans les demandes spécial et le sentiment accompagné de celui ci. Nous sommes venus séjourner pour un anniversaire et ils ont su rendre ce moment inoubliable.

Cons:

Pas grand chose, on nous avait dit qu’il y’aurait peut-être possibilité de faire le check-in plus tôt et finalement il n’était pas prêt même à l’heure indiquée (15h) mais ce n’était pas très grave. Ils ont su nous proposer des solutions comme profiter du spa en attendant.

A beautiful hotel, but not quite the five-star experience I expected.
Pros:

The hotel has beautiful architecture and an elegant atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake provided in my room, which was a lovely gesture and made me feel remembered on my special day.

Cons:

The spa itself is beautiful, luxurious and elegant. However, the swimming pool water felt uncomfortably cold, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience. Considering the hotel’s five-star rating and premium prices, I expected a more comfortable swimming experience. Unfortunately, in this respect, I don’t feel the experience justified the price.
