Amazing experience
Pros:

Our stay at the Royal Savoy Lausanne was outstanding. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and exceptional service. The room was quiet and beautifully designed, and the bedding ensured excellent sleep quality.

The spa area is truly impressive – the hammam, sauna, and relaxation room are of an exceptional standard. I especially appreciated the women-only sauna and hammam area, which is a rare and very thoughtful feature that adds to the feeling of comfort and privacy.

Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and highly professional. The way the situation with the pool closure was handled, together with the remarkable welcome for our dogs, shows a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and personal care.

We are already thinking about returning in April and will be booking again very soon. Thank you for such a memorable and luxurious experience.

Bel hôtel très bien rénové.
Pros:

Le personnel est très efficace et accueillant, à la réception et au SPA. La suite est vaste et très bien équipée, avec une belle vue sur le lac. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment somptueux. L’ensemble de l’édifice, avec son parc, ne souffre pas trop des bruits de la circulation urbaine.

Cons:

Pensez à installer des crochets ou des barres dans la salle de bain, pour le peignoir, le linge, etc.
Le vestiaire « hommes » du SPA est un peu étroit, serré, dès qu’il y a 3-4 personnes en même temps.
Je regrette que le costume de bain soit obligatoire dans le sauna, mais je sais qu’en Suisse romande, c’est la coutume…
Au restaurant, avec une vue superbe, du 7e étage, l’appareil de chauffage sur le côté gauche fait beaucoup de bruit, je trouve.
Il y a eu une erreur sur ma réservation de table pour le repas du soir, mais le personnel a bien réagi et trouvé une solution de dernière minute - en offrant également les desserts: merci!
